All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Strbske Pleso is a very nice holiday and health resort with a scenic lake and provides running tracks, ski slopes, ski jumps and a children’s park with a trampoline, boats and toy cars.
From Tatranska Lomnica you can ascend to the second-highest peak of the High Tatras - to Lomnický štít (Lomnický peak). Here you find the TANAP (Tatra National Park) museum and a summer and winter toboggan track.
Ždiar - a settlement with typical folk architecture is a great place for all who are interested in the history of the region.

Location is perfect, in the middle of Stary Smokovec. Pool and sauna are very nice. Hotel staff at reception is not friendly / helpfull. Bathroom is very simple: only a bath without even a screen or curtain: bathroom is all wet after a shower! Hotel restaurant was closed because of a wedding. There are certainly better options considering price/quality. |

The town itself and the surroundings were beautiful.. The restaurant and breakfast were impressive! Reception staff weren't too friendly and didn't seem to answer the phones... Friends were trying to call the hotel relentlessly and would get no answer! |

Wolny wstep do wszystkich atrakcji w SPA,położenie (bliskosc kolejki na Hrebieniok). Brakowało szlafroków,które zawsze są w hotelach z SPA,a droga do basenu prowadzi przez recepcję,bar-nie ma bezpośredn.połączenia.Było to dość kłopotliwe(maszerowałam przez bar w moim,kusym szlafoczku,bo nie zabrałam kąpielowego sądząc,że będzie na miejscu) |

Dit is werkelijk een bijzonder goed hotel, heel vriendelijk personeel, een uitstekend restaurant, en een Wellness waar veel hotels een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen. Over het algemeen is ook de rustige sfeer schitterend. Eigenlijk niks, en dit gebeurt zelden. |

Znakomita atmosfera. Bardzo dobra restauracja - polecam obadokolację w restauracji hotelowej. Wyjątkowa atmosfera panuje w centrum welness, wliczonym w cenę pobytu, co sprawia, że przyjemnie upływa czas w hotelu. |
