Great stuff, restaurant and location. Very good restaurant and spa facilities. Perfectly clean, up to 5 stars standards.We ordered welcome drink and we've got an entire bottle!. Shampoo and shower gel are in shared container.

The very relaxed atmosphere, the superb location, the helpful, friendly staff and the excellent food all combined to provide a first class experience. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would unhesitatingly return.

Nice and comfortable hotel in high Tatras, excelent staff. The closest surrounding od the hotel isn ´t very nice,lot of old hotels and pensions nearby. The hotel doesn ´t have a lift, on the other hand the are only 2 floors. I definitely would ´t say that this is a 4star,but I was pleased with our stay (mostly because of the staff)

Luxusně zařízený hotel za rozumnou cenu nabízí možnosti super stravování, ubytování v klidném, ale dostupném místě uprostřed Tater. Pokoj Standard byl krásně zařízený, dostatečně velký, čistý, pohodlný s balkonem a výhledem na krásné hory. Okolí hotelu je moc hezké, čisté. Personál je profesionální, milý, nabízí pomoc. Lázně a wellnes jsou v hotelu k dispozici zdarma, bez předchozího nahlášení. Celkový pobyt v hotelu hodnotíme velmi pozitivně a uvažujeme o dalším pobytu zde. Až příliš starostlivě působil personál v restauraci, kdy se nás několikrát mezi jídly ptal, zda je vše v pořádku - přehnaně profesionálně zdvořilý, což se nám zdálo ne příliš vhodné. Někteří hosté to však mohou považovat naopak za kladný bod.

Luxusny hotel, ochotny vynikajuci personal, neskutocna restauracia-vyborne jedla , cistota welnesu vyborna, a hlavne male detaily, co sa interieru tyka vo vecernych hodinach, sviecky po chodbach, vynikajuce, taketo vecerne uvitanie hotela je vynikajuce, pozname to zo zahranicia, urcite sa tam este vratime,,,

Pre výber hotela sme sa rozhodli preto,že s malým deckom/5r/ sa dal účelne a príjemne stráviť čas v hotely aj za nepriaznivého počasia, vďaka detskej herni a bazénom. Aj keď sme už nie najmladší,boli sme s 5 ročným dieťaťom, na izbe č.201 sme mali dobrú pohodu, na kuch.linke nám chýbal malý varič na prípravu kakaa alebo gríziku pre dieťa.

Przemiła obsługa, dobra kuchnia (co w Słowacji nie jest na pożądku dziennym :)), spokój, ładny widok, nowiutka strefa relaksacyjna z basenami, wystarczająca na niewielki bądź co bądź hotel. Polecam!

bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, czysto, miło i przyjemnie. Przestronne pokoje i łazienki. Rewelacyjna część rekreacyjna - basen, sauny. Polecam brak wi-fi w pokojach i przy barze. Internet tylko na kablu w pokoju i wi-fi przy recepcji. W dobie smartfonów i padów to spory minus.

Klidná lokalita s nově rekonstruovaným wellness zařízením. Personál ochotný a příjemný. Snídaně byla trochu jednotvárná, neměnná po celou dobu pobytu (4 dny).

Hotel spnil naše očekávání,kvalitní bufetové snídaně a vynikající večeře, pozorná obsluha, welnes malinké , ale nám stačilo. Pokoje standart bez balkonu, čisté s vkusným interiérem.Tatranská Lomnica a Štrbské Pleso nadosah.Velká spokojenost, doporučíme přátelům. Měli jsme standartní pokoj bez balkonu, i když jsem žádala balkon. Výhled do zadního traktu směrem k říčce, příště budeme chtít pokoj s výhledem na Vysoké Tatry.

Je to standardny kvalitny hotel s vyrovnanim medzi kvalitou a cenou. Ak idete do hotela mimo sezony, je problen sa v nom najest , varia az od 1á,00 hod. Co je vask standard vacsiny zariadeni a mensich hotelov v mimo sezony. Najvycsim a asi jedinym nedostatkom je absencia vytahu, takze musite batozinu niest az do 2 poschodia, co ej znacne diskomfortne halvne ak jej mate viac.

Velmi ochotný personál, poloha stranou od hlavních tatranských středisek, ale jejich dostupnost autem či taxi během několika minut. Wellness centrum, sauna, pára, bazén je sice malé, ale jinak skvělé. Nádherný výhled na Tatry i do krajiny. Perfektní kuchyně, pokoje i koupelny.

Sehr freundliches und überwiegend deutsch/englisch sprechendes Personal. Großzügige Zimmergröße und ein schönes Design auch in den Standartzimmern. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es wird sich sehr bemüht einen hohen Standart zu erfüllen der sicher nicht Ortsüblich ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!
