Hotel Hills    

No info during booking that some rooms and which are in the dependance part of the hotel, which is definitely not 4 stars. Rooms very small with insufficient storage space and minor bathroom. Reception dark at the evening, staff just ok, but not doing anything out of their comfort zone. Spa facilities look rather like a town swimming pool than pleasant space for relax. Food just ok, nothing special. Breakfast moreover very badly arranged. Overall, there are much better 4 stars hotels in the Tatras for the same price.

Staff at the reception could be more attentive, wellness should deserve a few repairs and better service.

Very good service, professional and friendly staff, great comfort, great spa area, clean, well equipped rooms. Quiet location. What is important to say is that hotel is very well designed - that means it has quite a lot of rooms but they are very well planned - you do not feel the crowd, rather more like in a small, cozy hotel.

Check out till 10:00 am, while at the same time breakfest is served till the same hour. I think guests should feel free to finish breakfest till 10:00 and still have comfortable time (1-2 hours) to check out.

Sauna : a small cold water pool missing or at least access to fresh air

Breakfast room not always ready, 6-7 tables that people left and the tables were not ready for the next guests. We had to wait 15 minutes until the staff was taking care of one table for us.

Design puts a strong emphasis on appearance rather than on comfort. The towel rack is in a location fit for giants only, many staircases require carrying luggage up and down, two swimming pools, both not very comfortable for actual swimming. Address in the booking.com website is misleading - The hotel is at Stare Lazne, not in Tatranska Lomnica.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent pool and sauna facilitets. Greate food - the best we got in Slovakia. Very helpfull receptionists.

Very high standard of the rooms, very clean, friendly staff, good localisation, swimming pool, sauna, big parking space, quiet, good breakfest, good restaurant.

Early check out time (till 10:00 am - earliest I've ever met), during the week when there are only few guests in the hotel not all spa faciilities were fully available.

Beautiful wellness area, good location and food

Not so clean on balcony. In particular, there was a sort of very small bee-hive in windows wood structure. It's a pity that there is not air-conditioning. Occasionally it can be quite hot

Nearest approach loaction to the High Tatra mountain and Breakfast service which could not see in any other Hotel.

Hotel front staff did not give me full of information on nearest attraction and Tour map was not prepared, although it was not the high season to tour.

Very nice and helpful staff, always smiling. Very clean. Interesting design. Tasteful restaurant. Comfortable wellness.

The swimming pool was rather small but it was just for me so it was enough even to swim.

Bardzo czysto. Bardzo dobra kuchnia. Przestronne i komfortowo urządzone pokoje. Uprzejma obsługa.

Dobrá kuchyňa, včetne raňajok. Príjemné izby a celkovo kľudne pôsobiace prostredie.

Chýbal mi ochladzovací bazénik. Vedro so studenou vodou je málo. Sauna bez ľadovej vody úplne stráca význam !!! Určite by sa tam našlo miesto (1,5 x 1,5m) na ochladzovací bazénik.
