Ich finde das preis leistungs verhältniss passt absolut nicht! 150€ sind viel zu teuer für das hotel! es ist einfach sehr sehr überaltet ich bekam ein zimmer, und als ich die türe öffnete, lief der TV der aschenbecher stand am bett, und es sah ganz so aus als noch ein gast drinnen wohnte! soetwas sollte in einer Internationalen Hotelkette nicht vorkommen, und es ist absolut keine sicherheit geboten! Sie haben sich zwar 2x entschuldigt, aber das macht die sache auch nicht besser! |

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Hotel war etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Unter "Hotel Holiday Inn is located in business district of Bratislava, only a few minutes away from the city center" habe ich verstanden, dass man nur ein paar Minuten gehen oder fahren müsste, was aber nicht der Fall war. |

The absolute quiet as our room faced the back, the temperature of the room, the reaction of the staff to any questions we had. The free parking and neat spa/pool facitlities were enoyable. The instructions of how to drive there from the airport were non- existent on the internet (link did not work) and there are no signs so it took an hour instead of 5 minutes. I thought the breakfast expensive and the general location not great and certainly not explained on the site. |

the facilities were very good yes, we were very disappointed because of the construction work we were woken at 9 in the morning after travelling a long way to get to the hotel. We did not receive much satisfaction from the hotel, even an apology would be sufficient, and we also found out that we were put on th 7th floor right under the work when two people checked in after us and were put on the 2nd floor. |
