Мы приезжали на выставку собак - для этой цели отель удобен: есть место для выгула, в номере душ со шлангом - удобно мыть собак. Если приехать туристом - неудобно расположен, вне зоны пешей досягаемости центра. Поскольку мы путешествуем с собаками, хотелось бы знать заранее стоимость проживания собак. Ни в одном отеле стоимость не превышала 20 евро, а здесь - 33. При 3-4 собаках (у нас маленькие собачки) это существенно. |

The location is fine, the rooms were pleasant and clean, the internet connection was good, the parking lot was big enough. Small number and very poor quality of TV channels.Poor room service. Only first day there was a breakfast form found in a room, each other day it was necessary to order it at reception. The room service staff does not speak english - everything needs to be settled with reception. |

Food in restaurant was excellent. Very comfortable beds. Professional service from staff. All information on hotel and services only available on interactive TV service. Found it slow and hard to find the information I needed. No list of food and prices for room service and no-where does it tell you how to find the pool. |

plug&surf internet, commodity, good staff access to the hotel from the main-road it's a bit confusing (just looking at the road signs, without GPS system) |

Jediné co by v hotelu šlo vyzdvihnout byla ochota personálu na recepci a hotelovém baru a restauraci Výhledy z hotelu nic moc,strava v hotelu také nebyla na úrovni čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu,ani vybavení a opotřebovanost bazénu respektive wellness centra nebylo podle nás v souladu se 4 - hvězdičkovým hotelem |

We hadden enkele honden bij ons voor bezoek aan de dogwoldshow in Br. Zeer onaangenaam getroffen door bedrag wat we per hond moesten betalen €33.- per hond.Discussie hierover hielp niet. Veel in in hotels overnacht, maar zoiets nog nooit meegemaakt. Vorige hotel in Ansfelden €5 per nacht. Voor 2 nachten geboekt, maar er maar 1 gebleven. Eten en service ronuit slecht!!! De kamer was bijna even duur als onze 4 kleine honden!!! |

Sehr neu renoviert, gutes restaurant im hause, wellnessbereich im preis inbegriffen Kein wlan, nur LAN-kabel im zimmer, dieses sehr kurz. Schlechter empfang im tv (bild sehr rauschig) |

I want to complain that the reservation from Booking website didn't work and the assistant of the check in told us that they had never received such it, so we had to pay 10 Eur more. |
