It is an excellent place if you want to relax two-three days in a good spa-hotel for a reasonable price. Relatively close to ski slopes (Jasna si 36 km). The personnel is simply great and very helpful. We loved the hotel restaurant. Not many but very well prepared meals (mains 3-13 euro). The rooms are nice and spacey. Three sauna, one dry one. We missed some dry one with mild temperature. Even if the hotel was practically full, the sauna was not crowded. However no dress code. You are not obliged to be naked, which is quite normal in Slovakia but really annoying. Hopefully it will change soon. It is not normal that somebody who is naked in sauna is the strange one... The hotel is quite remotely located. Great if you want relax. Neither great, nor ugly views. The temperature in the rooms can not be regulated. It was little bit cold according to our taste. Even taking the negative points into account, we enjoyed the stay and we can recommend the hotel.

Wellnes was the best part of this hotel, Great service. I would recomand

Lots of noice during night. They have very thin walls and you can hear how are people next door turnigh in the bed. Oh and beds are not the best. Who is used to sleep as a couple on queen bed with one marass will be during night in ith hole in the middle.

Spa center

The spa /relax center is very good. The food is interesting and good cooked, at a correct price.The staff was promptly. A good location to come back again.

Service was really good. The most I like staff approach to the family with small baby - all of them was really friendly.

Очень душевный релакс-отель, с внимательным персоналом и заботливыми хозяевами. Удобно расположен- в равно удаленности от лыжных покатушек. Термальные источники вообще под боком. Отличная кухня.

Skvělé wellness centrum. Také děkujeme manažerce hotelu za její přístup - rezervovaný pokoj se ukázal být nevhodný pro rodinu s malým dítětem, manažerka však dokázala rezervace přeorganizovat tak, abychom dostali jiný, pro nás vhodnější pokoj.

V hotelu jsme pobývali na konci léta, a během našeho pobytu už začala být docela zima. Zatopit na pokoji nám v hotelu bohužel nedokázali - což je pro rodinu s ročním dítětem docela problém. Naštěstí to personál vyřešil alespoň elektrickým přímotopem.

brak lodówki, mały ciemny pokój na poddaszu, brak możliwości otworzenia okna (okno tylko dachowe) w związku z tym brak możliwości przewietrzenia pokoju zwłascza jak pada deszcz.

Nationale tv zenders/Restaurant

Algemeen comfort vb kamer temperatuur(zomer)...en te klein.lawaai hinder vb ochtend blaffende hond,kamer isolatie,indien vol boeking,te weinig ruimte(privacy) het concept was niet echt ons ding(Club)vb verhuur van kamers met restaurant,niet echt een Hotel.

Zeer goede ontvangst, lekker eten en drinken. De wellness was echt zeer goed. Voor belgen die het liefst in eigen taal communiceren is dit het perfecte hotel daar de man afkomstig is uit Waregem.
