Bol som len krátky čas, ale oceňujem slečnu/pani na recepcii za jej ochotu a milý prístup. Rovnako, pána z bezpečnostnej služby - lebo som odchádzal veľmi skoro ráno. Príjemne ma prekvapil aj balíček na cestu miesto raňajok. Tým, že bol, aj obsahom - všetky potraviny boli čerstvé.

Vo Vašej reštaurácii sme mali rodinnú oslavu a boli sme spokojní ako s jedlom tak aj s obsluhou. V čase keď sme navštívili Váš hotel boli tropické horúčavy a v izbe kde sme boli ubytovaní nebola klimatizácia čo si myslím že 4* hotel by už mal mať. Až pri odchode keď sme sa na toto sťažovali nám bolo povedané, že sme si mohli vyžiadať aj izbu s klimatizáciou.

Cestuji často - proto hodnotím vše vesměs jako standard. Neuvěřitelně teplo na pokoji s tím, že okna jsou ve stavu, který neumožňuje bez problému s nimi manipulovat. Zvažte v teple instalovat na pokoje alespoň malé ventilátory.
