I liked that ltele have all the necessary comfort otdyha.Mozhno not even leave the hotel walls. It was unpleasant to watch at the Wellness center of a lot of naked people of both sexes. We must organize a day for men and women to visit the wellness center, but not together. At the same time as naked adults attending a wellness center and children. This is unacceptable.

Good location, polite staff, value for money, nice rooms with good views over the mountains. I travelled with family as we were going to a wedding but had a double room to myself - great. Breakfast was ok but often the water for the tea was not hot enough and the food not always covered when flies were about but plenty of choice. On our first day we had been travelling all day so we decided to have a meal in the hotel in the evening and wished we had not - it was expensive, would not eat there again in the evening. I had salmon and it was served with boiled potatoe (I cook better at home) my mother had trout and it was swimming in some green type of liquid eeek and not hot just warm. My brothers meals were not bril either. The food in town was much much better and cheaper. No kettle in room to make that all important cup of tea first thing in the morning.

Bardzo ładny, ładnie urządzony (nowy lub wyremontowany - tego nie wiem) hotel. Pokoje bardzo ładnie i nowocześnie urządzone, czyste, i co najważniejsze bardzo ciepłe w zimie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel przy wypadzie na narty na Chopok. Dużo niższa cena od hoteli na stoku o podobnym standardzie, a jest tylko 15 km. Obsługa też bardzo miła - międzynarodowy standard. Mogło by być lepsze śniadanie. Jak jest mało turystów to nie ma szwedzkiego stołu. Są zestawy śniadaniowe. Nie ma polskich kanałów w telewizji. Po całym dniu jeżdżenia na nartach nie zawsze chce się jeszcze biegać po mieście.

V hotelu jsem školil zákazníky našeho obchodního partnera. Příjemné prostory, ideální kombinace ubytování a práce. Volil bych lepší materiál lůžkové matrace. Byl to nějaký příliš poddajný materiál, bolela mne trochu bederní páteř.

расположение - 10 минут до ясны, 30 минут от высоких татр. лучше, чем жить у склона - по крайней мере есть, где погулять/поесть/попить с разнообразием. да и цены в заведениях вокруг значительно (раза в 3) ниже, чем на курортах. вполне современный отель со свежим капитальным ремонтом. очнь скудный завтрак, редко меняют полотенца, уборка оставляет желать лучшего. в ресторане отеля для словакии очень дорого!

Czysty,ladny,schludnie i gustownie urzadzony pokoj,lazienka osobno ubikacja-duzy plus. Personel mily,pomocny,dbajacy o klienta. Podczas wymeldowywania powstalo male zamieszanie,poniewaz okazalo sie,ze ktos pil drinki w barze i podal nasz nr pokoju.My udowodnilismy,ze nas tam nie bylo o porze podanej na rachunku,poniewaz w tym czasie bylismy w Tatralandii(pokazalismy rachunek z godzina wyjscia).Wiec taka mala uwaga,ze powinni znalezc jakies inne rozwiazanie jak klient ma udowodnic,ze mieszka pod danym numerem pokoju,a nie wierzyc na slowo.Gosc moze powinien miec ze soba karte z numerem pokoju i pokazac przy barze?Bo nawet jesli ktos nie zrobil tego celowo,tylko pomylil numer pokoju lub po prostu zle sie zrozumial z personelem(bariera jezykowa),to w rezultacie potem ktos musi czekac,personel biega i sprawdza itp.Oczywiscie panie na recepcji przy tej sytuacji byly mile.
