Sorry but too baddd
Bed uncomfortable, not near city sites. Very small room with falling apart furniture. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Also, loud party downstairs could be heard late. Shades broken in room so room was loud with traffic and not dark. Will not choose this place again!!!!
i like is fair price and friendly service and good location round the nice lake and fresh air.
in the toilet no sink which is no fair with customers whom wanted to wash hand and wanted to use water when the using the toilet.
Wery loud music and noise during all saturday night because of some party in hotel. It was impossible to sleep. A lot of young people were running in hallways and making loud noise and singing. There is no wifi in rooms, only in the lobby! Other than that everything was average.
It is a very poorly maintained hotel. Nearly no one is staying at this hotel. Their restaurant is managed by very unfriendly people. Please avoid staying in this hotel.
No kettle in the room, when we ask for one as we had small baby with us ,there was no option to borrow one!
Well. It was a roof over my head, and close to Zminy Stadium. Also had a restaurant open until 10. I was the only one there, but still, I got something to eat. Also the number 8 train to the Old Town was very close. The staff was friendly enough
Smelled like pee, or old cabbage, depending on the time of day, though admittedly only in the halls. The wifi was slow. I think they gave my room away by mistake once, as when I was sleeping, naked, over the sheets, a lady, clearly as confused as I was, walked in and started loudly apologizing (I assume) in a language I didn't recognize, and then left in a hurry. Square toilets. Interesting museum piece from the communist era.
Mosquitos coming in off the lake. Staff would give no help about public transport into town. Restaurant and bar closed, including Saturday night ??? Beds not changed for whole stay.
Only thing good about this hotel, was receptionist when we arrived
In resturaunt not much of a selection on food, and nobody spoke English so nobody understood each other
The location on the lake was very nice, but thats the only nice thing about this hotel, Unfortunately.
The hotel was very poorly run, the resturant was not open the bar was Not open, no place near by that a person could get a decent meal. The Whole Hotel smelled of old and new SMOKE, VERY BAD.!!!! THe whole hotel needs an UPGRADE, We enjoy Bratislava and will be back but not at this Hotel.
Very friendly personnel; close to airport and fairly close to Old Town. Supermarket just across the street!
The bed was very uncomfortable , so it was hard to sleep.
Was not possible to flush down %/&"¤ in the toilet...
Breakfast could be better and WiFi coverage and performance could be improved.
Breakfast and WiFi coverage and performance.
As a person who worked in international hotels I was very disappointed of the way how fo staff treated their guests. As I have experience in fo I understand the pressure, stress and amount of work what fo staff has to go trough. What I do not understand how your staff could treated foreign tourist the way how I saw- rude, unfriendly, mean, not helpful at all. Plus using room 400 as staff room def. Give you the possibility of hearing stories and complaints of staff who has night shift. Found out very interesting info about everyone in the hotel. This property is old but still clean. Your staff and management should probably review what hospitable or hospitality is about.
Quite good for short time stay. Friendly staff and quite good breakfast. Nice view throuth the window to lake.
A litle bit old fashioned style. And poor plants near by hotel...
Staff and good parking
Run down decor and poor location
Clean and tidy with a good location. The hotel is near an artificial lake in the area of Rusinov. It has excellent connections with the city center with direct trams. Staff was helpful.
Don't expect too much - the furnishing is not new however, as noted before - it is clean.
Proximity to grocery store, public transit, alternative restaurants and lake with children's park
Old fashioned and unconfortable furniture. Current decoration is necesarry.
Stayed there for one night with wife and 12 yo daughter. Was hot weather (for about 30 C) and due to lack of air conditioning we were forced to open window. But we couldn't sleep at all because during all night under our windows was standing and shouting, laughing and making other noise a dozen of drunk people. Several calls to hotel receptionist and asks him to call police makes no result. So we were forced to leave that hotel at 5am without breakfast and with very bad feelings.
Great place to view sovietical heritage
viec from window nice, friendly Staff but still tired ;-)
very difficult to find with GPS even, very expensive payments for animals, no place to eat something in hotel or close to hotel, 100m from there horrible pizza only on weekend! not clean in rooms and noise from cars from street whole night. expensive parking
Dirt everywhere Small crt tv Dark room No cover sheets over matraces!!! Very poor breakfast!!!!
