Breakfast could be enriched.
Good rooms, free access to fitness center (including pool and sauna), nice breakfast
Not the most convenient location (a bit away from old center)
Hotel was excellent value & the staff were very helpful expecially Karol. Bratislavia was pleasant and the locals friendly but this hotel really made our trip all the more enjoyable.
We stayed here for my brothers wedding, i've stayed in many 5 star Hotels all over the world, by far this one was the most friendliest and helpful, the staff bent over backwards to go out of there way amazing service and food, location is great aswell.
Spa is excellent including fantastic view Nice room view and good location Excellent breakfast Quite place close to city center (river view room)
Minor: very hard bed
+ Very very friendly and helpfull staff, + nice luxury, + cozy rooms, + SPA open late, + tasty bbq diner bufet on fridays with live music, + tasty breakfast, + generally I felt really good in the hotel, don't know exactly why - generally great hotel atmosphere
- river view was only partial - poor choice of wines by glass in bar and restaurant.
If you're looking for a city trip in a luxury hotel - the Kempinski in Bratislava is an excellent choice. Beautifully relaxing wellness area, very lovely bedrooms and a delicious breakfast! The staff were more than happy to help with any request and couldn't have been more service oriented. Having stayed in lots of hotels all over the world I can confidently say, this is an excellent 5 star city hotel.
the buffet breakfast was outstanding
in the morning the tv was not working
Every thing excellent

The room was incredible. Unbelievably comfortable, huge shower and bathroom, all the modern amenities you could imagine. Bathrobes provided and (gasp!) washcloths, which was a very welcome addition after 10 days in other hotels across East Europe without them. Staff lent a phone charger immediately after call to reception.
The black car service, although fabulous to ride in a Rolls Royce for the first time, cost €15 with a very limited range. The hotel location was bad - away from everything, with no tram or subway to take us in. Prepare for taxi rides. Noise of train was very loud, even on 8th floor.
They take care about you in every situation. New building of design. Excelent service in room and reception. They solve me problem with parking and accomodation. 5 Stars at all.
Excellent 5 star luxury with fantastic breakfast. Free Rolls Royce taxi once a day, one way is a touch of class.
A 20 minute walk to town and 45 minute walk from train station but this along a beautiful stretch of water especially in fine weather
The staff was very good
Restaurant is over priced, But there are excellent restaurant around at more reasonable prices.
Still the best hotel I have ever been. Ideal for relaxing city break, especially with a loved one. Great value for the money, good quiet riverbank location, polite service, diverse breakfast, great wellness and spa area.
One can hardly say anything bad about this hotel, but still there are some minor inconveniences. Being by the river, mosquitoes are really annoying in the summer evenings, so you can forget sitting outside and open windows, which is really a shame. In our bathroom there was no working ventilation nor audio system. Pool area is a bit too hot and moist for the summer days and with green coloring on some of the floor tales, which might be nothing, but could also be fungi. Finally, the breakfast service differs a bit on the weekends from the weekdays, in favor of the former.
everything. despite some people say that it is a bit out the city it's about 15min walk from the centre along Danube embankment, so no prob. and I do not mention that the tram stop is opposite the hotel entrance and of course taxi
the only thing was that I booked a taxi from the reception. I asked for advise how I could better get to Vienna by bus or train as I relied on advise from locals, and expected it especially in such hotel with concierge service. Reception said that train would be better than bus so I booked taxi to train station. When I arrived there I found that the next train would be only in 2 hours, station was empty so I had to find a another taxi to bus station back into the city. Most which upset me in that situation was I had bad experience with the taxi back cause the driver cheated me on how much I should pay, his meter showed about 30 euros from train to bus station... I did not feel like spending time arguing and sorting it out with Police so I paid. So my short trip from hotel to the place I headed to Vienna from cost me 40 euros.))... not a hotel fault but made me feel not so happy when you expect flawless service
Great rooms, friendly staff, good location.
