Practically everything. :) There wasn't much to dislike, but just to be extremely picky, the extra cost for parking is the only letdown. It was clearly indicated when we booked so it wasn't a surprise or anything, but I think a luxury hotel of such quality should provide free parking for all customers - or include it in the price and no one will notice. :)

The Kempinski was great and I hope I have the opportunity to return. The quality of the hotel, room, food, service, etc. was impeccable, the spa was relaxing and the town car was a nice touch (though they're serious about the one trip per day rule so you may end up taking a taxi, tram or walking from time to time!). Internet was so slow and unreliable as to be unusable, and I'm not even convinced paying the €25/day to upgrade to "high speed" would have fixed it.

- absolute confort of the room& bathroom; - quite close to city center (old town): 1.5km -15 min walk alongside Danube/2 tram stations; - good breakfast; Several contacts with the staff members were quite strange for the level of this hotel. For example we have asked to help us with a reservation at U.F.O. restaurant – they tell us first that is closed, latter we have asked the same thing to somebody else - they tell us that is full for that night. We went directly there: was open and half empty…

The Kempinski Bratislava meets everything you can expect from Kempinsky hotel... High class, very friendly staff, luxery rooms and in this country for very reasonable price. Nice touch is the Rolls Phantom hotel 'shuttle'. Wish I had more time to explore the Spa facilities of the hotel. Only remark I can give is about the breakfast. Be sure to enter on time because compared to the capacity of the hotel, the breakfast restaurant is rather small. I had to wait 20 minutes to get a table, also the buffet variety is rather limited...

Very responsive hotel staff who helped us a lot for anything we asked, clean and large room, and quite clean and sophisticated spa, that I felt it like a heaven. We would have stayed longer, I can strongly recommend this hotel. River view is a bit limited from our room.

Really nice hotel. Executive Room was pretty well equipped, both bath and shower. Spa zone with jacuzzi... Friendly staff. You will like stay in this hotel. Rolls Royce was out of order, Mercedes as replacement. Expected little better "river/city view"... but after all, good place.
