Everything ok, really nice place to stay in Bratislava. The biggest advantage is good location anch cheap parking ( only 10 EUR ), other hotels charge more than 30 EUR. |

The design of the hotel makes it modern and comfortable. The Japanese food served by the hotel is really attractive. |

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well presented. The breakfast room was too small and created a road block at times... |

I liked the design of the hotel. We couldn't get the room cool using the A/C. (We did not report this to the staff.) |

We had a great stay and the staff were fanatastic. The room was very well designed, with lovely touches and the Sushi a treat. All this at a price comparable to an Ibis. |

Service, room was clean and stylish, sushi bar, location, parking, Internet, fitness, design, etc. Pool was out of service (again) and very poor breakfast for late starters. |

Although the staff did not initially understand that we wanted to reserve a babysitter, they were able to arrange one at the last minute. We chose the hotel because it lists babysitting as a service. Upon checking in, the staff confused a high chair with baby sitting. They said they had baby seating (high chairs) when they in fact did not have that as well. |

Excellent hotel, very good accomodation. Only 15 minutes walk to historic centre. I know people in hotel are reading reviews to improve performance. Saw even changes in breakfast assortment during the week. |

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The finishing of the hotel is impeccable, very good quality! A good 15 mins. leisure walk to the old town. The staff are very helpful. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel and should only cost 8 euro but the taxi driver charged us 20 euro!! I told the reception (Sylvia) and she immediately went out and spoke to the driver until everybody in the hotel started arguing with the driver. Finally the director who manages the area paid for the ride for the inconvenience caused which I thought going extra mile to help. The breakfast can improve i.e. can add some fresh fruits and muesli. |

The contemporary design of the room. The staff including the receptionist doesn't speak English very well. Asking for direction can be difficult. The hotel location is not exactly that "central" for the size of Bratislava, though it can be considered "central" for bigger cities - it also depends if you like to walk 15 minutes back passing through dark lanes at night. |
