The hotel is very central and all staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely comfortable and designed beautifully.Ideal hotel to stay at for that city break. Complimentary drinks on the terrace were all soft drinks. Could of done with some beer and wine. |

The Marrols is a true gem in Bratislava, a very cozy hotel with staff that is always prepared to go the extra mile to serve their customers. |

The free minibar and the free internet access in the room were particularly welcome. The helpfulness of the staff was also first class The softness of the toilet paper and tissues could be improved!! |

The location was excellent for our needs and the complementary minibar was a bonus we were not expecting, the staff are very helpful There were a few occasions when things were not replaced in the room eg milk, used tea cup |

It is so close to the center of Bratislava so you can make a city trip or a weekend break. The facilities are excelent and you can also relax and enjoy your stay here. It is a little expensive for young travelling people, so you will meet there more business travellers. |

excellent location, restaurant, service & Spa facility insufficient seating in public area; porn sites on TV too accessible for children, price... a tad expensive! However, prices in Slovakia are in general too high! |

Enjoyed the whole luxurious ambience of the hotel and the courteous staff who made us feel so welcome. A very personal service, so much better than the big chain hotels and this hotel was very central for the old city of Bratislava. We would definitely stay here again. |

The service, the beautiful rooms and details, the fresh flowers, free mini-bar, the nice jazz music in all public spaces, nice and quiet service at breakfast and champagne for breakfast... Non smoking in all public areas - great. The porn-channels on tv - not what we expected of a high class hotel! The internet connection was out of order in our room, and it was not fixed during our stay. |
