Cosy, very clean, centrally located, very comfortable and suprisingly quiet in the very centre of the old town. Good value for money. What else ? Wonderful modern styled rooms, muted tones and colours, comfortable bed and very good internet access also. |

All around, the hotel was excellent. The location is excellent and close to the Museum Quarter... even closer than the more centrally located hotels in Vienna. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room, although a bit spartan, was large (for Vienna). It was also relatively (for Vienna) reasonably priced. This is not a fancy hotel but it is clean, roomy and very handy. We did not have a single problem with anything. |

Everything was very close to perfect (and I'm picky) except the breakfast. The breakfast! Very poor compared to the quality of the hotel. You also need to know that., as the hotel is located in a very small quiet street, the rooms have no views (except some on the small garden) but it doesn't really matter |

This hotel made our trip worthwhile, everything excellent! Breakfast seemed to be quite modest at first compared to nordic ones, but we got some extra things like scrambled eggs, it was only to ask for it |

Staff were excellent with directions and ideas of what to see. The room had plenty of hidden storage designed into the wall and the design of the bathroom was nice. Location was good but beware of cobblestones with your wheeled luggage. Front door arrangement is awkward, you have to hold the (narrow) door open inwards while you negotiate steps from the lane. The elevator (bonus) only holds one person and luggage or two people without. Not suitable for wheelchairs! |

I loved the hotel A lot of money has obviously been invested in the hotel. I hope you do very well which I think you deserve. The only tiny thing I would say was that in suite 32 (which you very kindly gave us) you need to put up some black out curtains on windows as the suite was too bright early in the morning i |

Excellent location just up a cute cobbled side street in the old part of town. What appears to be an old building/hotel on the outside is a very modern and tastefully modernised one on the inside. |

Well-renovated, modern interior building; excellent location; friendly staff; top-notch air-conditioning; quiet; bathroom shower has wrap-around glass walls so no soaked floor like in most European hotels! Parking cost a fortune at a nearby garage. Perhaps the hotel could provide a discount or maps to street parking? |

When we checked in, the receptionist gave us a free upgrade from a standard double room to a suite on the top floor. The suite was very modern looking, was in excellent condition, and was extremely comfortable and quiet. The hotel was situated in a perfect area: very short walking distance to all of the great restaurants in the town, and also a short walking distance in the other direction to the bus-stop (which is a mere 3 stops away from the train station). |
