Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 16,60 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Pleasant staff. Liked that they provided card so that it is possible to park on street near hotel without paying fee. Great breakfast. Mattress was older and had worn spots without support. |

The young staff was friendly and versatile (the same woman who was on duty at reception when we arrived also worked the cafe' and, with the chef, escorted our bags to the room). The location was convenient to the center of Banska Bystrica. We were offered an Internet connection. The cafe' food was average at best. The location turned out to be a mile from the train station, and we weren't warned to have Euros on hand when we arrived from the Czech Republic. The town itself was unexciting. |

The room at the hotel are great - although make sure you dont get rooms 216-217 as these are very very hot. There is no airconditioing and the windows (which thankfully you can open) get the sun all day and face an area bounded by high buildings on 3 sides. There is a lot of construction going on at present so it is noisy from 7 am. But the rooms are very well appointed and outfitted in art deco style to suit the building. Wifi connection was reliable and fast. Breakfast while ample was standard. The exterior of the hotel would put most people off. It needs serious maintenance and upgrading. The public areas also need more attention - particularly the carpet on the stairs. There is no lift in this building. |

close to the center, decent breakfast, clean rooms, staff was friendly when they were around. Free parking across the street. management was doing double duty in the restaurant, no elevator, lobby is a bit run down - kind of a communist feel |

Really nothing good to say about it. The hotel was surrounded by construction - in fact from our bedroom window, you could see the demolition of what appeared to be a wing of the hotel. The lobby was absolutely filthy but the room was clean. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Staff members doesn't speak English. We had problems with checking in and checking out. Also it's hard to find somebody there during the night. If you travel with pets they don't say that it cost 16 EUR per pet and charge you on check out. Breakfast was awful. They don't have even tea. |

Läget passade för denna resa. Restaurangen var godkänd. Rummet var rent och komfortabelt. Omgivningen är bra och centralt belägen nära till restauranger och shopping. Ingen hiss. Bullrigt mellan 07.00-17.00 p.g.a. närliggande byggnation eller renovering. |

Ligging in centrum; na ervaring met entree was kamer verrassend netjes (gerenoveerd); badkamer met aparte toiletruimte; redelijk tot goed ontbijt Aankomst was 'schrikken'; hotel leek verpauperd en gesloten. Bleek pas om 14.00 uur open te gaan op zondag. Entree en receptie zagen er bedroevend en zeer gedateerd uit.Geen lift aanwezig. Slechte verlichting en weinig aflegruimte in badkamer. |

All rooms are nonsmoking All rooms are nonsmoking, BUT the smoking section is in the stairway. Even with windows open you have to cut across thick smoke when coming/going to the room, and, of course, it fills the rooms as well. |
