Compact, clean room and bathroom

Hotel without elevator. I would strongly recommend new towels, to replace the old worn towels.

Clean and friendly hotel with good selection at breakfast. Conveniently located for the small local town and only a 20 minute drive from the local ski slopes.

Hotel was looking a little dated, but was kept well none the less. An English TV channel would have been an added bonus, but not the end of the world really as we were there to ski and not watch TV.

Located near train station and city center.

Central location contiguous to the opera, a few footsteps from the Banska Bystrica mesto train station; also no problem to approach by car. Inside, the hotel has been renovated very tastefullly. Free cable (lan) internet on the room, cable was long enough.

No lift, which might be a problem for disabled persons and should be mentioned. No heating in the bathroom at least in my single room..

The professionalism, friendliness and customer orientation of all the staff I met were superb. All of them communicated well in English. Very comfortable bed. Spacious shower cubicle The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant Tthe house speciality cake (with nuts and plum jam topped with meringue)

There's no lift - which wasn't a problem for me but could be for less able visitors

Nice size rooms recently decorated

Three flights of stairs to rooms and no elevator. Important that this is highlighted in advertising as this caused us a lot of trouble as my wife has a bad back and has great difficulty with stairs and we had a lot of luggage, as we were away on holidays for 7 weeks.

vielleicht war es auch Pech, aber mein Zimmer inklusive der Bettwäsche hat entsetzlich nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Lustig nut, dass die Zimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer deklariert sind.

המלון עלוב. כנראה שופץ בחלקו. אין מעלית !!! טיפסנו עם המזוודות 3 קומות ברגל. שילמנו 100יורו על סוויטה. קיבלנו חדר קטן בלי טלוויזיה. בסלון הפצפון היתה טלוויזיה עם 3 ערוצים מקומיים בלי אנגלית. לא היה חימום בחדר והיה מאד קר. במקלחת הקרה זרם המים היה חלש. Wi fi חלש מאד. בקיצור אכזבה גדולה ולא נמליץ עליו לאף אחד

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer.

Frühstück am Wochenende erst ab 7.30 Uhr. Rezeption nur selten besetzt.

ＳＩＡＦエアショー見物のため、金曜日と土曜日の２泊しました。 歩いて行ける近所にショッピングセンターやスーパーが有り、 バフェット朝食付き・ミニバー込・駐車場無料でしたが、宿泊料も格安で とてもお得です。 スタッフの仕事はプロで、一度頼んだことは何回でも完璧にしてくれます。 レストランでのディナーも、とても美味しくて更に料金も１０％割引でした。

週末ということもあり、レストランで結婚披露宴がありましたが、 深夜まで騒がしかったです。 エアコンが無かったんですが、夜は８月後半で涼しく不用でした。 暑い日は日中部屋にとても滞在できません。

価格の割にはホテルのレベルは高く、スタッフがとても親切である。

さほど不満はない、旅行の目的がハッキリしていれば問題はない。中心街とホテルが駅と離れている所が初心者- にはちょっと行きづらいぐらい。
