close to the center, decent breakfast, clean rooms, staff was friendly when they were around. Free parking across the street. management was doing double duty in the restaurant, no elevator, lobby is a bit run down - kind of a communist feel |

Really nothing good to say about it. The hotel was surrounded by construction - in fact from our bedroom window, you could see the demolition of what appeared to be a wing of the hotel. The lobby was absolutely filthy but the room was clean. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Staff members doesn't speak English. We had problems with checking in and checking out. Also it's hard to find somebody there during the night. If you travel with pets they don't say that it cost 16 EUR per pet and charge you on check out. Breakfast was awful. They don't have even tea. |

hotel is nicely renovated, location is directly in downtown of Banska Bystrica payment for parking but 19,00-7,00 it´s free of charge, otherwise 0,50 EUR per hour |

The renewed rooms are really nice and comfortable. They served meals only until 8:00pm, then the kitchen is closed. |

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt Das Hotel schließt um 20.00 Uhr. Danach ist es schwierig, hineinzukommen. |

Le restaurant doit garder ce style. Les petits déjeuner sont trés bien inclus dans le prix. Les toilettes au sous sol n'étaient pas propres un un moment donné. La reception va être rafraichie elle le mérite. |

Die renovierten Zimmern sind sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet (Wlan steht zur Verfügung) und das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Tochter und ich haben im Hotel Restaurant ein fantastisches Beefsteak Tartar geniessen können. Das „tatarsky biftek“ wurde stilvoll von der sehr professionellen und sympathischen Hotelmanagerin direkt am Tisch zubereitet. Von aussen betrachtet sieht das Hotel sehr abgetan aus, aber wenn man an den perfekten Zimmer und der freundlichen Atmosphäre denk, wirkt das eher faszinierend als problematisch. |

Freundlicher Service. Sehr schöne Zimmer und schönes Ambiente während des Frühstücks im großen Saal. Altes, traditionsreiches Gebäude in zentraler Lage in der Stadt. Leider noch nicht vollständig renoviert. |

Rummet var mycket trevligt och frukosten god. Personalen var också trevlig och tillmötesgående trots att alla inte pratar engelska. Jag checkade in på hotellet och gick sedan till en restaurang. När jag kom tillbaka kl. 23.40 var hotellet låst och det fanns ingen information om hur man kunde kontakta receptionen. Jag var tvungen att spendera natten på ett hostel. Dock fick jag pengarna tillbaka för den natten jag inte kunde utnyttja hotellet. |

Die blendend englisch sprechende junge Hotel-Managerin an der Rezeption und auch beim Frühstück; die zentrale Lage, noch dazu neben dem Theater; der sehr bemühte, freundliche Kellner beim Mittagessen; das freundliche Zimmer, die funktionierende Technik. |
