Very good location near to the train station. Kindness of the lady at the reception.

Very small room, not acceptable for the high price paid and the stars given to this hotel. Wi-Fi not working in the room but only in the reception.

Very pet friendly!!!! Breakfast was amazing - home made buchty and the Czech cook even made coffee for me before hours :) I need that in the morning :) Very clean bathroom and bedroom. All speak English.

To close to the road on one side and rail road on other side - "the wrong side of track". Also, since Slovakia has no alcohol tolerance when driving - I wish the restaurant would be more like real restaurant - it is like cafeteria during communism time. No place to sit down and have glass of wine to relax.

Nice, renovated room - a bit small but very well arranged with a decent size bathroom and pertectly clean. The place is very quiet, highly recommended if you want to chill out.

It was supposed to be a hotel (these have 24-hour receptions), not a B&B, and the info specifically says "24-hour reception". We picked this place precisely because of the 24-hour reception, which the competing B&Bs do not typically have. Unfortunately, it turns out the reception was empty, and our friends (who arrived earlier) had to beg hotel staff to keep our reservation (they had to pay for our room, open the main hotel door for us and get us the room entry card). We arrived around 23.00 and left after 8 a.m., and never saw a staff member personally. If we'd known, we'd have stayed somewhere else.
