The room was always warm. Hot water was nice and really hot. Shower pressure was satisafctory.Mountain views around were magnificent, plenty of snow, ski lifts available in the walking distance from the apartment. Internet available in the apartment (but no cable!) OK but definitely not laxurious. It was supposed to be lux standard. It was not. Towel rail fell off the wall - reported to reception - nobody turned up to do anything about it. Boiler was leaking flooding bathroom floor - same story. Provided white towels (three for 4 people) were thin, worn and long lost their whiteness. Room was not serviced even once over 7 days stay. |
