Central location, nice design, clean

First impression of the reception staff could be better; single room is spacious but the bed was bit small for me :-)

Staff that spoke English as I can't speak Slovak. The welcome was excellent and the receptionist made sure we were made to feel happy. Food was superb with a good selection.

This is a old eastern bloc style, small pension but is very clean, has large open rooms and a perfectly acceptable small restaurant & bar downstairs. It is also fairly convenient for Košice railway station.

Everything was nice and clean, there were plenty of space in my room as well as in bathroom. Not luxury hotel, but nice, comfortable and great for that price

Restaurant that is in the hotel is not cooking after 21:00 - so we had to find another place to eat which was not that easy in Kosice during weekend.

Perfect location, room modest but clean. Very comfortable, large bed and large bathroom. Good quality/price ratio.

Breakfast was served only for 1 hour between 8 and 9 am - too short for leisure travellers.

Everyone was wonderful and really worked to make our stay comfortable. We paid for a standard room but were upgraded at no extra charge

Good location, it is on next to main street. All attractions and eating facilities right around the corner. It is in old building but rooms are in very good state and very spacious. WiFi was working without any problems - not very common case even on hotels with more stars.

Location, because of its location next to main street during night it is common to have very noisy groups of people passing by. So either keep window closed or listen to drunk songs. But it is definitely not as noisy as on main street itself :) Breakfast is not so good. Very poor selection.

well situated in the centre of kosice near the cathedral etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable, large bathroom. Good breakfast. Very good value.

I am impressed by the staff, not easy to find such a smile in the rest of the country. If I come back it will be for such a smile. The room was cleaned regularly every day. The location is very convenient. Walking distance from the station and the city centre (better to walk, because taxis from the station overcharge you).

My room was very basic: no fridge, no safe, no lamp near the table, just one light switch kilometers away from the bed. Second floor without lift. No A/C. Also breakfast was quite basic. If you like something sweet there are bakers in the neighbourhood. Restaurant not working (but easy to find restaurants nearby).

Simple,spartan but clean room. Central location.

Normally you don't worry about this; but I stayed during exceptionally hot summer period (over 35℃), it was hard to sleep in room without air-con... as the window could not be fully opened.( it's good for security, though.).

Clean and tidy room with a friendly receptionist, only 10 mins walk from the railway station and close to the town centre. Breakfast was basic but ok. I didn't find the horse though

I was a little non-plussed by their only having instant coffee at breakfast - but that's rather common anywhere in Slovakia...

Sehr freundlich und hilfreiches Personal

Ausstattung zweckmässig, aber rel. einfach.

Hotel ligt in centrum, op nog geen tien minuten lopen van station, aan een rustig plein. Weinig lawaai van buiten. Vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel is wat gedateerd en de bedden zijn aan de harde kant.

Prostředí a přístup personálu. Ochota ubytovat i před časovým termínem.

Čistota, vstřícnost personálu.

Možnost zvýšení teploty v pokoji, nevím zda funguje termostatická hlavice na tělese topení. Výhled do dvora - nepořádek a obava z vloupání do pokoje v přízemí.
