The staff was very helpul and spoke English very well. I also liked that there was no problems on connecting to wireless from my room |

Breakfast was very good. Good selection and very attentive staff Bed was not extremely comfortable. I've stayed in quite a few single rooms in European cities and this bed just seemed smaller and less comfortable than others. Since it may just be my preference, this still would not stop me from recommending the place. |

The pension is in a great location. we made a reservation for 2 double rooms with an extra bed for a child in each room and an apartment. when we arrived we were told that there are no rooms with an option to an extra bed. eventually we slept 10 people in the apartment and the two double rooms but paid as if we had three beds in the double rooms...... |

It was clean, well appointerd, convenient for visiting the city and for rail station, excellent restaurant, competitively priced. Staff were helpful and interested. |

Location (convenience to old town), and the included breakfast. Lack of an elevator/lift, lack of air conditioning, and lack of free or reasonably priced parking on premises. |

Very good location. Lovely large spacious room. Most staff spoke good English - very helpfull with local knowledge. After the first day, I found that I had a cup of coffee brought to me almost as soon as I reached the breakfast room. I would stay there again if staying in the area. |

The bedroom itself was large, the double bed was plenty for two. It was nice to have a satellite TV and the windows open wide which makes up for not having air conditioning. The closeness to the high street is a real bonus. Breakfast was terrible. A large cake, that was put out, uncovered, reappeared the next day. When we ate the white rolls and bread, the following day only stale brown bread was available. When cartons of juice ran low, they either watered it down or had replaced it with squash. We were never offered more than 1 cup of tea/coffee. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent city centre location. A good restuarant on the premisses. Need to look at breakfast choice.juices etc. |
