Surrounded by the High Tatra Mountains, Penzion Crystal is situated in Nova Lesna, 8 km from Poprad. It offers cosy rooms with wooden elements and free Wi-Fi. Location was pleasant. Fine view of mountains. Beautiful owners. Blank numbers. Tasty food. It isn't enough place for parking. Houses are very close located. But if you aren't present in hotel the whole day, there is nothing terrible

The owner was great - a very nice person, always happy to advise on whatever we needed to know. He recommended a great hiking trip - which actually was our most favourite trip while in the High Tatras. We got a free coffee every morning during our stay, which we thought was a very nice gesture. Also on our last day the owner let us leave our luggage in our room even though we were already checked out. We could keep our key and after we were finished with our hiking trip for the day, we came back to pick up our bags. This was great because we didn't have to carry our heavy bags around all day long and we could enjoy our day much more. All in all the service was great! And Nova Lesna with its citizens is a lovely village. The people there are very friendly and there is a certain charm about them. Also it is located on the High Tatras Railroad System, so you can catch a train to all the most important resorts in the High Tatras once an hour, which is great.

We stayed in Pension CrystalSki with our baby for 6 days and really hope to visit again next year. Room was spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful and dishes served in restaurant were just delicious. There was nothing that we could complain about so we fully recommend it.

Miły właściciel, który bez problemu pozwolił nieodpłatnie przedłużyć dobę hotelową do 15.00. Przestronne apartamenty 4-osobowe, czysto, wygodne łóżka. Mały parking (góra na 3-4 samochody).

Pekne ubytovani v blizkosti tater. Dobra dostupnost jak letnich tak zimnich stredisek, 10minut pesky zastavka tatranske zeleznice. Hotelu snidane a moznost vecerniho posezeni. Pro turisty myslim optimalni volba, vybaveni zadny luxus, ale ciste a pohodlne. Doporucil bych ho. Velmi omezena moznost straviavovani v okoli ubytovani. V hotelu steny ktere moc zvukove neizoluji, byl tam tedy naprosty klid, ale kdyby byli trochu hlasitejsi sousede tak by to mohlo byt trochu problem.

The Hotel was pretty clean. The beds was pretty comfortable too. Personale was not bad, if we had problems, they helped us out. The rooms ventilation was not good at all. There was no lock in bathroom doors, or it was broken, I don't know. If you need internet after Hostel personal is gone, you need to sit on stairs. Bath have no curtains, there for when you take a shower you have to be very careful. Only one member speaked english or russia, but he was not around almost all the time. There was no fan and no shampo in the shower. If you want to turn on kettle in the kitchen you have to turn off the fridge.

Duży, czysty pokój, wyposażona kuchnia, schludna łazienka, bliskość ośrodków narciarskich: Strbske Pleso i Tatrzanska Łomnica. Brak sali rekreacyjnej lub ogólnie dostępnego pomieszczenia dla gości, więc momentami byliśmy skazani na pobyt w pokoju.

Pekné prostredie , pekný a čistý interier , bola nám ponúknutá lepšia izba v tej istej cene , hned po príchode . Diskrétna a milá obsluha . Dobrá poloha - blízko do mesta POPRAD ako aj do Tatier .Môžem vrelo odporučiť .

Pekne zrekonšturovaný dom, pekné, dostatočne priestranné izby s novým nábytkom TV a wifi pripojením na internet na izbe. Pekná a zrekonštuovaná kúpeľňa. Vyšší štandard ubytovania penziónového typu za prijateľnú cenu. Trošku ďaleko od železničnej zastávky Nová Lesná a trošku zima na izbe v čase príchodu (pravdepodobne z dôvodu mimosezóny). Ináč nemám výhrady.
