The lux apartment is clean and large. Martina, the staff of penzion is very helpful and nice. She found a large taxi for us to Zakopane in cheap prices(included 4 hours waiting time for Orava Castle)

around the corner from the train/bus station so super convenient, amazing staff - helpful with our very late check-in time as well as making recommendations for our time in the area

This pension was fantastic, so roomy and everything we needed. Martina helped us to organise bike rentals and was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Fantazia and Poprad and the High Tatras.

As last year, everything was right!! Great location near to the central station...nice,big room!!I Frankly recommend it!!

After arrival we have been informed that our standard room have been already rented, and due to this fact we received Comport apartment with price of standard one. Room was clean, comfy and in the first place very spacious. Hotel is well localized, near to the city center and Aqua City (all hotel guests receive 15% discount for whole offer). Regarding to Wi-fi connection issue reported in previous comments we did not have any problems. To sum up, great hotel with reasonable pricing.

Few minor details, a bit more equipment needed to self-cater breakfast. Minor maintinance issues, but those were dealt with promptly.

Good location for visiting Aquacity, easily accessible by car at any point. Room under the roof includes everything needed for preparation of food, rest rooms and a large area.

The upper room is very poor sound insulation. Downstairs neighbor in the room to sleep very disturbed. Also during the New Year's fireworks in the room there was a sense of the battlefield.

Very spacious rooms, huge bathroom. Staff was very helpful before our arrival to set up times and codes for us to access after regular hours. Baby cot was set up before we arrived. Less than 10 minute walk to the downtown area, and 15 to Aquacity.

parking was either on-street or for very very small cars. Neighborhood was a bit iffy for walking around at night.

The pension itself is good. Its about a 2 minute walk from the Poprad-Tatry railway station . The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. There is a mini-market behind the Bank that's right across the pension. Also, plenty of restaurants just down the road. If you pay a little more, you can book the apartment which had a stove and microwave as well. Nevertheless, a staff member was kind enough to get us a microwave from somewhere, because our double room did not have a microwave though it came with a fridge, Make sure you buy yourself breakfast the night before, so can get some energy for your day trips.

The town of Poprad does not have anything to offer. If u do not have too muc luggage or very young children you would be better off staying in the actual resort towns like Tatranska Lomnica or Stary Smokovec, which is what people come here for. But if you want to explore the Spis region , then settle for Poprad and Penzion Fantazia. The bus station is just behind the railway station and there are buses to many little towns in Slovakia and Poland.

The toilet in room number 4 could not flush after 3 times use at night and kept pumping water. Extremely noisy! We reported the situation to the receptionist on the next morning and she promised there would be someone to fix it during the day but when we come back in the evening, it had not been fixed at all. It was impossible. My husband spend about an hour try to stop it pumping but we couldnt use the toilet and had to use the toilet in the other room( luckily there was no one and door was not locked). Very annoying indeed.

Stayed in room #3 on the second floor. Seems like lux appartments, and for It's price - excellent. Free WiFi, very big kitchen, guestroom and bedrooms. Bathroom is huge. Everything's excellent. Parking place for car under the windows of appartments, for free.

The deluxe apartment we stayed in was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen - dining area - living room was huge and beautiful and so were the bedrooms. The kitchen was provided with all the facilities for cooking. Although the pension is placed not far from the railway station, there was no noise from trains.

Уютное традиционное для Словакии здание. Персонал всегда идёт на встречу. Расположен рядом и с центром, и с вокзалом, и с аквапарком, что очень удобно. Отопление регулируется, никогда не мёрзнешь. Был 4 раза в разных комнатах, везде комфортно!

Рецепция работает по будням в рабочее время и надо заранее предупредить о времени приезда или созвониться на месте.

Przestronny pokój, zniżka do Aquacity.

Internet bardzo wolny, czasem nie dało się wręcz z niego korzystać. Pokój dosyć brudny.

Stosunek bardzo dobra jakość/cena. Lokalizacja blisko rynku. 2 minuty samochodem od AquaCity. Cicha okolica, łatwy i przyjazny system rezerwacji oraz opłaty. Wszystko na plus - duży pozytyw. Polecam.
