Our group of friends booked the maisonette. The size of the appartement was perfect, clean with modern furniture. The breakfast was delicious, the staff - although not everybody speak English - was friendly and helpful. The little wellness room with sauna is very nice and romantic. The accomodation was really worth its price, I can recommend it to anyone. One evening we had dinner in the restaurant of the pension and the group was not really satisfied with the quality of the food.

we liked almost everything there is no fence around the place, the neighbour's gate is almost always open so it is very dangerous for families with small children, you have to watch them because they may run to the busy street.

Junior suite is very spacious, comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and cable TV. The breakfast was also rich and tasty. As the room is in a separate house where Junior suite and two deluxe double rooms are in one floor (it probably is special for groups - we were staying with the friends, who were sleeping in a deluxe double bedroom. Another double bedroom was empty), one bathroom shared by 6-8 people can cause inconveniences.

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 young children, and Penzion Jakub far exceeded our expectations in most every way. The rooms were very well appointed and clean, the included breakfast excellent, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. There is a playground outside the main building which was a great place to relax after breakfast with the kids while sipping coffee and planning our day. There is a large grocery store 5 minutes walk away if you do not have a car. On a personal note, during our trip we had a minor medical emergency requiring our stay to be extended, and the staff was helpful in extending our reservation, making sure we had transportation to the hospital, and in general just showing concern and offering to help with anything that came up. I would recommend this hotel and would plan to stay here on our next trip to Poprad.

Junior suite bardzo fajne, kameralne rozwiązanie. Osobny budynek, wystarczające do przygotowania posiłków wyposażenie kuchni. Bliskość do skepów I niedaleko na stoki w Tatrzańskiej łomnicy I Smokowcu. Bardzo uczynny I przyjazny personel.

Все по домашнему,очень уютный дизайнерский номер в стиле "Прованс" Вкусно кормят. Недалеко от центра ЖД ветка под окном,утром не разбудили на самолет,отель был закрыт на ключ!

Приятно удивило пребывание в отеле своими интерьерами, прекрасной работой персонала. Мы выбирали отель по остаточному принципу, так как все уже было распродано к Новому году, а в результате оказалось, что это именно то, что мы искали.

Pensjonat jest bardzo ładny. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie zlokalizowanym na przeciw siedziby pensjonatu. Pomieszczenia były bardzo ładne i komfortowe. Wszyscy byliśmy zadowoleni. W restauracji jedliśmy śniadania (bardzo smaczne) i tam witaliśmy Nowy Rok. Personel jest przyjazny i pomocny. Wszystkim polecam ten ponsjonat
