We had a very good room with a balcony and a fabulous view of the mountains. The draught beer was flat and the dinner was only adequate. The breakfast was all right. 5/10 for food and drink. Car necessary (we had one) |

Clear and new building. That they came in and clean the carpets whilst we were staying without informing us. Which is not to bad, but then they left the window wide open with our valuables in the room. I would have removed them it I had known. |

very close to Tatra's, parking at hotel, very nice bathroom Room was very noisy, horrible beds, breakfast was not good, moody personnel, vey hot in rooms. I really do not understand where all positive comments come from. We did have the family room. Perhaps are the other rooms better. |

Small, charming, appearing brand new, well appointed Pension with a restaurant/bar attached serving good hearty food and local beer inside and also in a courtyard at picnic tables. Just 2 km from the main drag in Stary Smokovec, accessible by elektricka, car or on foot. |

This hotel was incredible value for money. The location was also excellent as it was only a few minutes walk from the station where the train went up into the mountains. Parking on site. We ate in the restaurant each night and this was good as well as being value for money. Free wifi in the room. Staff very pleasant although limited English spoken. However, this was not a problem. Room not cleaned each day but this may have been because we forgot to hand our key in when we went out. |

The building itself looks nice. The owners were nice. Although the building is near the road, there was no problem with any noise. The room was clean. The beds and bedding did not bring us comfort. |

Beautiful views of the Tatras, with a wonderfully warm family atmosphere, very calm and relaxing, good parking, excellent value for money. Restaurant provided lovely food at any time!. Staff extremely kind and accomodating. Thank you to Peter,Raimund and family for a lovely stay which was truly memorable, we would love to return some day. |

The staff were very helpful and polite! The food wasn't great and the hotel is quite a distance from anywhere to eat so you need to take a car or train. |

Staff was great. Restaurant was nice. Rennovated - felt like a ski lodge. Close to train. "Apt" was really two small adjoining rooms; only room for beds, very small table. Small towels, only tiny soap bars in packages that looked like they had seen better days. Hot water wasn't working, but that could have been outside forces. |

es tranquilo, tiene unas vistas de altos tatras maravillosa, esta muy apartado, la habitacion es muy amplia y la gente es un encanto. Que no admiten tarjeta de crédito y solo se puede ir si llevas coche propio, porque esta apartado de los pueblos, aunque el tren de cercanias está a 10 minutos caminando |

A konyha és a csapolt sörük nagyon jó. A szoba tökéletesen megfelelt elvárásunknak. Tiszta, családias hangulatú panzió. Az egyik szobában az ágyak kényelmetlenek voltak.A szobához nem tartozott erkély, pedig a remek kilátás miatt jó lett volna. Nincs játszótér, amit a gyerekek hiányoltak. Családi apartmanban laktunk, de nem volt a szobában hűtő szekrény, csak a folyosón közös. |
