Jeho přidané hodnoty, tedy: krytý bazén, solná jeskyně, sauna, vířivka, fitcentrum a to vše v ceně hotelu. Možnost parkování v areálu, možnost posezení venku na zahradě ČI u grilu. Kulečník v nočních hodinách byl hodně na pokoji slyšet. Asi by bylo dobré omezit časově tuto "atrakci", aby ostatní hosté nemuseli čekat s usnutím, až půjdou hráči kulečníku na svůj pokoj.
