location, food and staff

Penzion Central Park offers a good option for a 3 or 4 nights in Zilina. from there you can discover the region by all means of transport. We can give 5 stars for cleanliness of the hotel.breakfast must be improved but every morning we are able to taste small pastries.

Must be noisy with showers and people must be careful with the mechanical sytem of the door's room when they come in or out very often, (door is slammed!)

Location in the heart of the city, enough of parking lots even in the late check-in hour without the prior parking reservation, excellent staff

Breakfest table needs a better variety of youghurts (missing natural youghurt) and tea selection, bread slices were cut too thick (4-5cm).

Everything was perfect, one of the best hotels in this region.

On a business trip with three other collegues we stayed at the Hotel Central Park Penzion, and I think that our collectively impression was first rate. Well functioning facilities (wifi, ...) and definitely value for money. First choice for my next stay in Zilina.

This is the finest Pension for the price in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The accomodations are superb; the restaurant is excellent; the location is perfect. There is parking for those with a car.

Location, price/perfomance ratio, excellent personnel, clean rooms with perfect bed.

A little bit to noisly - to thin walls ;-)

Lovely place. Excellent English spoken by very helpful staff. 10 minutes walk of the station, trolley bus routes, and 5 minutes walk of shops and namesti. It's at the station end of Sad snp. Spotless room as was the whole place.

At seat service breakfast for our first morning and buffet breakfast the next day but most hot food was gone when we sat down around 8am.

Thanks to the entrancing staff, who "overcame" the "communication difficulties", smiling and willing to help, guide and to satisfy: Ivana, Monica, Petra, Ingrid, on the reception desk and the pleasant dining room staff . 2. Rich and satisfying breakfasts 3.Clean and comfortable room 4. Carefully and good taste in the room design, and the all over the whole pension, brought to a pleasant general atmosphere. 5. The pension is located beside a small, quiet and cherished park, walking distance from the shopping centers and the main squares.

Storage place shortage in the room

We had booked the apartment for 8 people and we were really overwhelmed. The apartment had 2 Wirlpools, a private sauna, a fireplace, a large terrace with views to the Tatra mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a large living room. There are several separate toilets and 2 bathrooms! At the large bathroom you can have your private wellness program with sauna, cold shower and whirlpool. This appartment is ideal for groups. Breakfast is recommended with 4 € per person and also good!

Staying at the guesthouse was really great. The staff were very helpful and the rooms are super clean. The beds are really comfortable and the location is great as well. 10 points!

Small room, no elevator . we choosed this hotel' and payed more because of the wellness spa but it was closed under construction.

Brand new pension. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Great pool and spa. Good breakfast choicec. Excellent and inexpensive restaurant menu.

Some problems with wifi acces.

The penzión was wonderful. All the staff were polite, and very friendly. The room was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic and very well presented. If you are thinking of staying in Zilina, then I would strongly suggest you stay here. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely boutique hotel. Great location alongside park for a short walk into town. Clean and modern facilities with very comfortable beds, plenty of secure parking and a nice bar/restaurant area. Excellent reception staff and free welcome drink!

The only thing that let the hotel down for us was the poor quality and limited selection at breakfast. Otherwise....perfect
