I liked the service and the convenience. Also my room was a suite/apartment so I had plenty of room. It seemed as though the decor was outdated and perhaps a bit worn. Also, since they allow smoking in the common areas, they may want to install some air cleaners or purifiers in those areas. |

Staff was extremely helpful when I needed to call a couple of times to get directions to their location. Bedding was great. Breakfast buffet was nice. Nice shower. Size of bathroom - toilet a bit too close to wall. |

Everything about the hotel was nice, the restaurant was especially nice. The staff was pleasant, the room was small and the bathroom was quite small. |

Easy access to city center and castle, but not much interesting. The staff didn't treat a guest (was not in the manner training). Too much heaps scattered of cigarette butts at parking site on the hotel front gate. |

the staff were attentive and very helpful when asked, service with a smile rare these days. the hotel was well situated with plenty of nearby attractions and walk into town very easy. |

hotel confortable y muy buen precio las celebraciones , como puede ser una boda , muy ruidosas .Tuve que avisar a recepción y amablemente me cambiaron de habitación. Era la 01:00 de la madrugada y la fiesta terminaba a las 05:00. |

Bau, Eingang, Konstruktion, schönes Restaurant, in dem wir gegessen haben, nachdem wir in der Stadt nichts passendes gefunden haben. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und auf Seite Restaurant und Strasse sehr, sehr laut und zwar fast die ganze Nacht. |

altes, gediegenes Hotel, zentrumsnah gelegen, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Auf Speisen und Getränke im Hotelrestaurant erhält man 10% Rabatt. Kostenloser Parkplatz, aber... siehe weiter ungepflegte Umgebung, aus der Fassade im Sockelbereich wächst 1/2 Meter Unkraut heraus, Stolperstellen im Eingangsbereich und auf dem Weg zur Freiterrasse, defekte bzw. fehlende Fußbodenfliesen. |
