The spa is amazing if you can get it. It is the only 4 star thing in a otherwise 1 * hotel. The employees in general do not communicate well. They say yes to everything and then go do whatever they feel like creating a lot of confusion. Make sure you can get to the spa. It is private and you need to reserve it. The breakfast is quite decent too. But the rooms, the ambience and the staff is just as a highway hotel. It is well connected to the centre via tram lines. Staff, ambience. Poor room mantainence. Not a 4* by far

The receptionists spoke fairly good English and the one Sunday evening had beautiful eyes. :) We expected a little more comfort from the 3rd bed in the room.

Čistota, priestranný apartmán. Nakoľko bolo zimné počasie, ľutovala som personál-recepčnú na recepcii, kde bola hrozná zima - zle vyriešený vstup do hotela . Takisto na izbách bolo pomerne chladno, i ke´d sa kúrilo, izba bola nevykúrená . V reštaurácii sme čakali hodinu na večeru, personál reštaurácie tvoril 1 čašník + 1 kuchár !

ochotná a příjemná slečna recepční, ochotné a příjemné paní servírky, možnost parkování ve dvoře restaurace Oliva - nepříjemný pan kuchař; dále rozmixovaná "zeleninová" polévka vytvořená ze zbytků tří polévek servírovaných v předešlé tři dny, neuklizené a neprostřené stoly na snídani, součástí celkové hodnoty 4 hvězdičkového hotelu je i restaurace - tento fakt nelze opomenout,

Персонал отзывчивый и приятный. Чистота везде и порядок. Хороший сервис. Отличная звукоизоляция номеров. Работники понимают по-русски. Шведский стол хороший и есть выпечка. Близко продуктовый большой магазин. Рядом транспорт. Гостиница находится в жилом квартале и далековато от Старого города. Очень мало телевизионных программ. Номер с кондиционером выдаётся только по требованию и за дополнительную символическую плату.

Szép új épület, új bútorzat,tisztaság. Két napot szálltunk meg, de jóformán nem aludtunk semmit, mert egy helyi csoport dorbézolt hajnalig, mindkét nap, a személyzet aszisztálásával. Nincs légkondi, ha az ablakot kinyitod, minden zaj bejön. Nem is értem, hogy lehetett ebbe a környékbe, ilyen épületet építeni. A reggeli ?!
