Good standard of room. Cleanliness. Location excellent. Good Aircon

Because of central location could be a bit loud if windows open in summer, but aircon may not mean you need to open windows

The location was great in the center. The price was reasonable. The rooms were big.

The furnitures were very simple. The breakfast was terrible for any class.

Tha room was absolutely amazing! Actually, it was not a room but whole flat, with its own kitchen, huge bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi and a separate toilet, and a livingroom with a fire place.

Yes, breakfast left much to be desired. The presentation wasn't very elegant and the choice was poor. It looked as if from a completely different hotel (we expected something much better judging by the excellence of the room).

Breakfast very poor. Ok it was included in the price but increase the price say by 10 Eur and provide a good breakfast.

Room satisfactory and well located near the historic area.

Receptionist much antipathy. Parking is very expensive to park outside. Breakfast very poor (the bread was not the day, dirty dishes ...)

The proximity to the Old Town and to the main train station was very helpful. The overall design of the hotel is quite nice, particularly the central circular staircase next to the elevator.

The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. The television is quite small and distant from the bed. It's too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to accommodate all of our needs. We arrived on an early flight to Bratislava and although the check in time was not until 2pm the staff let us check in upon our arrival at 11am. The hotel is also very central and is easy walking distance to the bus station (to airport/train station) and all of the city attractions.

The location of the hotel compared to price was very good. Parking was also covenient.

The hotel did not give me the room I had reserved. Instead of single large bed for two people, I got to split beds. Also, birds gathered behind the window in the early morning and woke us up.

The staff came across as very rude but that might be the way the people are.

This was a poor hotel. The bed had a thin soft foam mattress on a solid wood base. It was very uncomfortable. The room and the reception area were dirty. Breakfast was inadequate with a limited choice. Though cheap, it was poor value.
