Great location. Spacious room. Nice staff. Great breakfast.

A little noises at night, but that must be expected to be close to the action.

Breakfast was excellent, location was great, price was very good, wifi was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable. Looking after my luggage after I checked out and before I actually departed Bratislava was very helpful.

The shower took so long to heat up that you could brush your teeth and then be kept waiting a bit longer - only complaint though.

Excellent location for the City, Sights, bars and restaurants. Adequate breakfast and clean, tidy and very comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bratislava is an excellent and safe location for a couple of days sightseeing.

The hotel is located near Presidential Palace. Staro Mesto is located near also. Big and clean room for single. Excellent breakfast.

Prefect location, you can reach everything in the Old Town. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Perhaps, the hotel should think about some renovation )))

Good location, quiet, the hotel seemed empty, good for a night stay in and out the hotel..

- Very good internet connection in my room - Friendly staff - Great location (shopping street 2 min walking, main train station 10-15 min walking) - Single room with lots of space

- When windows are opened other buildings' air-cons are a bit noisy. It can be disturbing in summer if you like sleeping in fresh air

Everything was nice!

I book a double room with breakfast for two and I was surprised when my friend wish to join me on breakfast in the morning and they told as that we need to pay for him, and that somene from the street can't join me on breakfast also if is paid is paid onlybif he would sleep with me (and I check with a manager).That is new policy for me!

Just hotel in the city centre for moderate money, located close to the place I wanted to visit. Free of charge wifi!

Furniture, doors, etc looked a bit too old. Extra charging for land lines local calls.

The breakfast was good.

The staff was incredibly rude!!!! I have never seen people so unfriendly, lacking courtesy, unhelpful. They rolled their eyes at you and talked down to you. I have travel a lot in my life and honestly I would rather have slept in my car than deal with this hotel another minute.

Drain smells in room and worse in bathroom Toilet stopped working and I had to put a bucket of water down the toilet to flush it

Clean bedroom and bathroom, good breakfast, polite staff. The hotel is modern and comfortable.

Spacious accommodation with suite. Comfortable. Staff helpful. Breakfast and choice good in a pleasant room.

Two nights out of five night stay , very noisy refuse collection 4am!! No tea/coffee making facilities, but staff quickly obtained these for us.

Reception staff were a diaster.We asked about staying a second night and was told hotel was booked out even though there was 1 room available (at 20euro extra).No effort made to help. 5 days later we visited the hotel again looking for a room and was told it was booked out and again no effort made to help. We asked about using the free internet in the lobby to book another Hotel and was told there was a internet pub 2 doors down. This would be a great Hotel if they had friendly and more helpful staff at recepton.

Position is great: just next to the presidential palace, next door to the best pub/restaurant in Bratislava (a beer factory from 1752), walking distance from any attraction in the city. Very large room: we were given room 202, bedroom with shower room, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Staff is polite but can be nicer, it really seems life was too clever with those people! How useless is to have a kitchen without any single tool to use it?? Nothing, not even a glass or a fork. The elevator smelled of dead fish very very bad. Breakfast can be improved. Tv is very old. Our room had flags hanging from the outside wall and they were not well fixed on the wall, so during windy nights you'd have to add the flags noise to the flags support noise beating on the wall.. Kind of annoying. Only one shower towel for two guests, why?
