The towels were not changed during five days. The coffe maker was not cleaned for weeks. The last day this was not enough food and even plates at buffet breakfast. An attempt to receive more money despite that on the invoice was specified the exact sum in euro. I was forced to go in Trnava city to change some slovakian crowns to pay in order to avoid the trick. |

The design of rooms was very nice. The price of the minibar products is included in the room price. Some of the reception staff didn't undertand english. Double rooms with kitchen does not compair with the simple double room (the last one is much better). |

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms that had a modern design but were still very comfortable. Restaurant food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. Quick and easy to walk into town. Reservation website told of free parking but had to pay for the night (but only 5 euro so no real problem). |

City centre nearby (5-10 min walk), large twin bed, new furniture & beautiful room design air conditioning was out of order, not everyone speaks English, room rates even if mentioned in EUR at booking.com are recalculated to Slovakian Korona, so it's better to pay in SKK than in EUR. It is very difficult to pay in EUR. |

Alles, was auf der Website versprochen war, wurde präzise eingehalten.Freundliches, professionell arbeitendes Personal. Sehr sauber;vorzügliche, ausgiebige Küche. Diskreter Rahmen, sicherer PKW-Abstellplatz. |

Velmi pěkný interiér a vybavení pokoje a koupelny, čistota, možnost zapůjčit DVD v ceně noclehu, láhev minerálky a pralinka "na uvítanou", příjemný personál. Hotel bohužel není umístěný v ideálním prostředí - hluk z přiléhajícího provozu (teplárny?) ruší. |

Il parcheggio dichiarato gratuito in realtà è a pagamento perchè per raggiugere la reception si deve oltrepassare una sbarra che delimita la zona a pagamento - 5,00 Euro /die -. Esiste anche parcheggio gratuito un po' oltre ma all'arrivo e quando si devono caricare i bagagli si cade nella "trappola" del parcheggio delimitato. |

Grote kamer, bedden zonder houten schotten aan het einde, lekkere badkamer, erg aardig personeel, veilig gevoel (afgesloten parkeerplaats, pasjes voor toegang tot kamers) een sta-douche boven het bad zou nog prettiger zijn |
