The hotel's location. The Staff should learn better english, The cleaning was very poor. We had to ask for toilet paper and soap, the sheets was never changed, they got dirty and we stayed for three nights, the carpet was never hooverd, nor was the bathroom washed. The Business room had very hash and strong smell (masculine). |

Although its right in the centre of the city, it is very quiet as its based in a pedestrianised square. Very pleasant location overlooking cafes and restaurants across the square |

Hotel located in middle of city centre, close to shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms bit dissapointing. Fitness room overrated. |

La posizione davvero centralissima e la ricchezza del buffet servito in occasione della prima colazione Avevo con me tre bassotti del peso di kg. 3,5 ciascuno ed ho dovuto pagare 30 euro al giorno a cane (mentre un San Bernardo di 90 kg. pagava solo 30 euro al giorno), così mi è toccato aggiungere una spesa di € 450 al conto dell'albergo. Il cui garage, tra l'altro, costa 40 € al giorno: il conto, in pratica, si è raddoppiato! Ciò nonostante, pur con una tariffa che, complessivamente, era di circa € 400 a notte per la camera (garage e cani compresi) le lenzuola venivano cambiate ogni tre giorni, ed ho dovuto attendere due giorni per avere un pezzo di sapone in camera... E, al momento della partenza, una impiegata imbranatissima mi ha chiesto un supplemento di € 40 per il pagamento in contanti che, naturalmente, ho rifiutato di darle. Vergogna |

Il fatto che e situata in centro città per andare a visitare e mangiare e facilita per me di ragiunggere il centro congressi per l'esposizione cannina La cosa molto negativo e il costo del parcheggio durante il soggiorno. Molto esaggerato. Anche il costo extra per un animale e esaggerato e non estato detto la cifra durante il prenotazione |

Está situado en el centro del casco antiguo. Es majestuoso y clásico No me ha gustado el colchón de la cama. Era viejo y blando. Para el nivel del hotel podrían poner colchones cómodos. |

Ich war schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und schätze die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung (dieses Jahr mit einem neu gestalteten Speisesaal), die Lage des Hotels und den ausgezeichneten Service. Die Atmosphäre in dem Hotel ist einfach gut. Die Parkgarage unter dem Hotel (die aber nicht zum Hotel gehört) war sehr teuer. Ein spezieller Tagestarif für die Hotelbenutzer wäre angenehm. |

L'hotel si trova nella posizione migliore di Bratislava. Il ristorante non è all'altezza di un hotel di questo tipo, nè per il servizio, nè per il menu. Ho cenato una sera da solo, e senza tovaglia, su un tavolo di platica grigia.... La reception è molto piccola, e anche il bar interno. |
