stort rum, rent, personalen hade inte lagt i bäddmadrasser i sängarna, vi fick försöka sova första natten direkt på de hårda sängbottnarna. Fjädrarna kändes. Rättades dock till direkt efter påpekande. |

Helhetsintrycket är mycket positivt det enda felet var att när vi läste läget på er webbsida, det centrum som refereras till var ett lokalt centrum så in till stan var det längre än förväntat. Ett tips till hotellet är att ha ett antal cyklar för hotellets gäster. |

Friendly staff being very helpful. The hotel itself is very nicely done. The location is a mix of business suites and hotel rooms in an industrial setting. It is in close proximity to old downtown Bratislava on the other side of the Danube, a 5 minute car ride away. The restaurant is run by a young couple cooking great food. The downstairs rooms have windows which cannot be opened. The staff accommodated us on the second floor instead in rooms where we could open the windows. |

The description on the site is far from accurate: "...pleasant and quiet..." - actually located in an industrial zone with the motorway less than 50 m from the hotel; "...5 minutes away from the city centre..." - maybe, but by helicopter; "...fully air-conditioned..." - well, that's true. Windows cannot be opened, so you are fully dependent on what they think is a sufficient supply of air. |

Standard of the room was good. The location was very poor and the local taxis were extremely inconsistent with their charging which was annoying and ate into the benefit of the low cost of the room (although the taxis ordered by the hotel for the jouney into town were very good). |

In the basement room there was impossible to open the window and get fresh air.In case of having dog with us it was desirable.The door lets in the noise from the corridor. |

Very large and clean room, good furniture. Easy parking. Good for slovakian people arriving BY OWN CAR. The day of my arrival I found as staff only a woman speaking just slovakian language, no english, no german, nothing. At 21.00h the reception closed. The restaurant is not a part of the hotel and anyway they speak just slovakian too. The description of the hotel have many facilities: sauna, jacuzzi, fitness-room, etc: I did not find anything. There was no indication, no people who could say. |

Tranquillità, comfort, pulizia Indirizzo pubblicato è errato, sconosciuto a navigatore satellitare, il che rende molto difficile trovare l'hotel. Che comunque sorge in una periferia degardata, molto lontano dal centro della città. |
