Very spacious, self catering facilities were excellent (including the washing machine!), staff were helpful (in particular I received an email from someone the morning before we were due to arrive which was helpful and reassurring). Requests made when booking all actioned and confirmed by email. Allowed Location wasn't difficult in terms of distance from the city centre but as you had to use road transport to get over the river it meant tackling the public transport system of paying a fortune for cabs (15 Euros to get back from city centre in and evening but only 10 Euros to the airport if booked in advance). |

We arrived at the hotel at 7.30pm after letting them know we would be arriving late. There was no one there to check us in and we called the late check in number on the office door. After 1hour and a half no answer still then someone answered and hung up. We were hot, tired and a little scared of the quiet area we was in as miles from centre. |

The clean,hi-tech building and the spacious apartment. We quite like ikea! The proximity of lidl for supplies. Noise of the railway below our balcony. Stone tile floors I broke a glass! |

Rooms are spacious. Would be nice if somewhere would be mentioned that the rooms are located next to the railway, cargo trains going past windows all night. |

Jacob (staff member) was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge - more than enough room for the 4 of us. It was very clean. The neighborhood wasn't that great, but the hotel had excellent security - secure entrances and parking. Great value for the money. The location is okay if you have a car - there isn't much to do around the hotel, but it's a quick drive into downtown Bratislava. |

really nice & friendly staff, clean room. water in the shower took ages to drain away and wouldn't have breakfast there again (only overpriced roll with butter & jam/honey & tea/coffee on offer). |

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, everything was clean and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay one of my best in Bratislava. |

Apartments were fresh, clean and well appointed. Security was very good. Comfort was very good. Easy access to buses to the city. Did not like the fold-down bed in our first apartment, not up to normal European standard of two single mattresses placed on one bed-frame. Bed in second apartment was fine. Also, internet connection was unreliable. |

Rigtig god service fra receptionen. Utrolig hjælpsom og en stor hjælp omkring busliner til byen, markeder, indkøb mv. Var meget vidende og sød og smilende. Vi var 5 veninder af sted og beboede 2 lejligheder. En lejlighed til 2 personer og 1 til 3 personer. Meget velindrettede lejligheder med altan. Det eneste minus er placeringen af Residence Harlequin. Ikke særligt spændende kvarter. Nej. Det er fint som det er. Måske en kaffemaskine eller stempelkande. |

Zeer mooi Ikea appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voldoende servies aanwezig, waterkoker, magnetron, vaatwasser en wasmachine (echter geen wasmiddel aanwezig). Airconditioning was fijn, die bereikte alleen het slaapgedeelte niet. Eigen garagebox onder het complex! We konden het appartementencomplex niet vinden dus telefonisch contact opgenomen, dame sprak alleen bijna geen Engels en kon ons niet verder helpen. Dit terwijl we (bleek achteraf) vlak bij waren. Communiceren was dus erg moeilijk, ook bij inchecken en verdere vragen. |

De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkster en haar goede beheersing van de engelse taal. Het appartement was groot en erg nieuw, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het geluid van de trein en snelweg achter het appartement. De afstand tot het centrum van Bratislava was wel erg groot, maar gelukkig net te lopen (als je lopen gewend bent), We vonden 1 nacht wel voldoende i.v.m. de omgeving |
