Jacob (staff member) was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge - more than enough room for the 4 of us. It was very clean. The neighborhood wasn't that great, but the hotel had excellent security - secure entrances and parking. Great value for the money. The location is okay if you have a car - there isn't much to do around the hotel, but it's a quick drive into downtown Bratislava. |

really nice & friendly staff, clean room. water in the shower took ages to drain away and wouldn't have breakfast there again (only overpriced roll with butter & jam/honey & tea/coffee on offer). |

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, everything was clean and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay one of my best in Bratislava. |

Apartments were fresh, clean and well appointed. Security was very good. Comfort was very good. Easy access to buses to the city. Did not like the fold-down bed in our first apartment, not up to normal European standard of two single mattresses placed on one bed-frame. Bed in second apartment was fine. Also, internet connection was unreliable. |

Propreté des chambres, appartement agréable et spacieux, le coin cuisine est tres pratique d'autant plus que plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent non loin de la résidence, le personnel est tres acceuillant et disponible. L'accès aux transports en commun est assez rapide et les bus permettent d'atteindre le centre ville en 15 minutes, de plus, ils sont assez réguliers et fréquents. Sauna La vue n'est pas tres glamour et l'hotel est situé au bord de la voie ferrée et assez loin du centre ville. |
