It's an ideal place to stay with young children. It has a great quiet location, good facilities and very friendly helpful staff. This is by far the best hotel in this price range we've stayed in during our many visits to Bratislava.

Apartma is equiped nice, clean and just noting bad to say about it, its just like on pictures. Staff is nice and help you out on all problems. I didnt like that parking is not free, 15 euros is not little if u are staying for longer time special on open air parking.

I liked the spacious room and comfortable bed. The staff were very courteous and responsive to my requests. The view from the room was fabulous and the surroundings were very peaceful. I think the apartment type of hotel is better suited for short-term to long-term stay which is perfectly fine. Alas, mine was for business. Therefore, the lack of having a restaurant/bar on site was a slight hassle. Also, the location may be slightly problematic for business travelers. When going into the city center, the reception will call a taxi for you right away. However, it may be problematic if you do not speak the language in order to return to the hotel. There is public transportation available--but if you are on a tight schedule, it may be easier to take a cab.

It is super! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, with all facilities we need. We could see the castle from our room! Having breakfast in the room was joyful. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not as great as we expected. There were juice, coffee or tea, various bread and jams, but it's better to have some hot food, like eggs or sausages.

My apartment had quite a lot of space which was good. Also the kitchen equipment was nice. The smell and the heat. I prefer neutral, fresh air and room temperature of app 22-23 degrees. Even though there is the air condition the noise of that was notable.

Aptos grandes e limpos, ficam a 20 minutos do centro. Fomos muito mal atendidos pela funconaria Lucia, que alem de mal educada fez uma grande bagunca na hora de entregar os quartos. E por nao entender direito o ingles, ficava brava e sarcastica quando pedimos para trocar para um quarto que tinhamos feito a reserva e que tinhamos direito.

Je to krásny moderny hotel, resp. residencia, pekne prerobena na kľudnom mieste čo bola maja pravá podmienka. Veľmi ochotný personál, absolutne vyhovujúci. Keď budem ubytovanie potrebovať a bude voľne rád sa vrátim. Veľmi pekne ďakujeme. Veci, ktoré sa mi nepáčili nie sú také, že by znižovali úroveň ubytovania,ale v každom prípade znehodnocujú celkový imidž. V prvom prípade keď sú v kápelni, na toalete namontované plnidlá na čampón a mydlo majú byť naplnené. Môže tam byť všeličo iné ale nie prázdne. Druhá vec, ktorá ma trochu nemilo prekvapila bola otvorená zámka na vode v ľadničke, pretože kontrola vody po mojich 2 rokoch v Turecku je absolutne podmienka :) Ale všetko sú to veci, ktoré sa dajú ľahko odstrániť a kontrolovať a vôbec nemenia moj názor na kvalitu residencie.

останавливались в отеле на новогодние праздники, в аппартаментах. все очень понравилось, около отеля остановка автобуса, до центра города можно добраться пешком за 10-15 минут. Excellent!

L'appartamento è curato e accogliente, con stereo acceso e luce di cortesia, comodo il doppio bagno (vasca e doccia, a parte il wc). Tutto pulito meno le mensole del bagno...e asciugamani vecchi x l'ultima sera...

Очень приличный отель в недорогом сигменте .Кто не привык к общипиту отель для Вас .Есть все необходимое и большая кухня.Не понравилось отсутствие русских и украинских ТВ.Мягкий матрац на кровати и завтрак лучше не брать.

Pulito, moderno , vicino al centro ed al castello, stanze tipo appartamenti grandi e luminose , personale ottimo inglese. Consigliato anche a famiglie, ma in genere a chi desidera essere + slegato dall'hotel avendo comunque tutti I servizi a disposizione Consigliato, nessun aspetto negativo

Royaal, prettig ingericht appartement. Goede locatie en uitstekende service. Echt een appartement om aan te bevelen. 'S Avonds alleen lauw badwater. Dit minpuntje valt ruimschoots weg tegen alle voordelen van dit heerlijke appartement.

alla reception c'era solo una persona per il check-out che non faceva solo quello ma ha risposto al telefono, ritirato le chiavi, telefonato etc.Se si sa che la mattina tante persone devono fare chiudere i conti, come nel nostro caso, si dovrebbe avere una persona solo per quello
