Mamaison Residence Sulekova Bratislava  

Staff were friendly and happy to help with all our questions. Apartment was spotless and really nicely decorated with much more cooking facilities than you'd expect including a coffee maker. Location is on a nice quiet street but within 10 minute walking distance to Old Town and High Street. The bed was soo comfortable I wanted to take it home and the shower was fantastic. Highly recommended. Really lovely stay

the overall feel was great, apartment was lovely and clean, loved the overall design, very much appreciate the fact residence had gym and sauna. reception staff were really lovely and helpful

beds mattresses were little bit too soft for my liking noise from other rooms was quite audible, especially in the morning, probably because of the wooden floors and metal chairs and furniture screeching on the floors

Nice place, close to the downtown.

The service was outstanding, the hotel was spotlessly clean and I could not have asked for more.

The location may not be perfect for people who do not know Bratislava and are unsure about navigating the streets - however I know Bratislava well enough to understand that this is in a prime location even though not directly in the old town.

It's an ideal place to stay with young children. It has a great quiet location, good facilities and very friendly helpful staff. This is by far the best hotel in this price range we've stayed in during our many visits to Bratislava.

Sicuramente il persona è cortese e disponibile..l'ambiente è confortevole e silenzioso e si dorme assolutamente bene

Io sinceramente ho prenotato un po di fretta solo poche ore prima di partire...però poi ho scoperto che in quella città ci sono tanti altri locali che ti offrivano più servizi e anche ad un prezzo più contenuto....francamente 55 euro a notte solo per dormire ( se volevamo la colazione c'era un surplus di 10 euro ) mi sembra un po troppo.......comunque sia per quanto riguarda il resto nulla da eccepire

Wir hatten ein grosses Appartment, es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, und es ist nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Check-In war problemlos und schnell und es gab sogar noch ein kleines Geschenk für die Kinder. Alles sehr angenehm und fast sc¨hon luxuriös. Wir würden nochmal hier buchen!

La gentilezza del personale, l'ottima posizione ( a due passi dal centro).

Aptos grandes e limpos, ficam a 20 minutos do centro.

Fomos muito mal atendidos pela funconaria Lucia, que alem de mal educada fez uma grande bagunca na hora de entregar os quartos. E por nao entender direito o ingles, ficava brava e sarcastica quando pedimos para trocar para um quarto que tinhamos feito a reserva e que tinhamos direito.

Je to krásny moderny hotel, resp. residencia, pekne prerobena na kľudnom mieste čo bola maja pravá podmienka. Veľmi ochotný personál, absolutne vyhovujúci. Keď budem ubytovanie potrebovať a bude voľne rád sa vrátim. Veľmi pekne ďakujeme.

Veci, ktoré sa mi nepáčili nie sú také, že by znižovali úroveň ubytovania,ale v každom prípade znehodnocujú celkový imidž. V prvom prípade keď sú v kápelni, na toalete namontované plnidlá na čampón a mydlo majú byť naplnené. Môže tam byť všeličo iné ale nie prázdne. Druhá vec, ktorá ma trochu nemilo prekvapila bola otvorená zámka na vode v ľadničke, pretože kontrola vody po mojich 2 rokoch v Turecku je absolutne podmienka :) Ale všetko sú to veci, ktoré sa dajú ľahko odstrániť a kontrolovať a vôbec nemenia moj názor na kvalitu residencie.
