Stuff is very nice location is good near the park not too far from the downtown Absence of a hairdryer in a room the price is a bit high for a 3 star (80 eur per night for 2 persons) for a booking.com service where I assume to have best prices

Very friendly staff. Nice, big rooms, ours had a nice terrace with sun in the morning. Nice breakfast. The area is perhaps not the nicest, just on the border between a well- off and a not so well-off area, but be not be put off - the hotel is very nice and security is good

Vybavenie izby dosť nepraktické, bez vkusu... Do skrine sa bol problém dostať, lebo vstupu bránil písací stôl a nejaký umelý kvet. Na poličke odvlhčovač vzduchu!!! a nábytok odtiahnutý od steny dáva tušiť problémy s vlhnutím stien... Takisto dekorácia vo forme as 5 cm porcelánového košíčka s kvetmi pôsobil ako keby to tam niekto položil a zabudol odniesť... WiFi internet nefungoval, heslo som nedostal pri príchode ale až na požiadanie ale aj tak sa na internet nepodarilo pripojiť... Raňajky pomerne skromné, o 9:40 ma už slušne povedané upozorňovali, či si ešte niečo budem želať, lebo budú končiť...

Velmi pěkné a desgnově povedené společné prostory jako restaurace, lobby bar. Příjemná možnost sauny a masáží. Na úroveň hotelu poměrně "obyčejné" pokoje. Při odjezdu velmi pomalé odbavení (uhrazení ubytování), ne však vinou personálu, ale techniky-dokáže lehce zhoršit celkově dobrý dojem z pobytu.

Bardzo sympatyczny hotel, idealny do zwiedzania starówki na Koszycach. Świetne śniadania: duży wybór potraw gorących i zimnych. Przy hotelu parking. Hotel wita gości bezpłatnym drinkiem powitalnym. Solidne 3 i pół gwiazdki.

(Business woman travelling alone). I found the staff at the hotel Dalia very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. I ate in the restaurant both nights of my stay and the meals were exellent and good value for money. The historical centre is only a 5 minue walk from the hotel, I didn't go out in the evening after reading comments about safety but I did take a walk during the day and it was very pleasant. I would highly recommned this hotel.

Nadstandardní pokoje jsou velmi pěkně designově řešené, dostatečně prostorné, kvalitní intenetové připojení, velmi dobrá kuchyně. Pokoje s okny do hlučné ulice u zastávky autobusu. V teplém počasí se špatně spí při otevřeném okně.

Velmi prijemna recepcna, mila a ochotna, ciste izby, pekne prostredie Na strankach sa javia ako 4* hotel, v skutocnosti maju 3*, na nete parkovisko zdarma, volne, nemusite objednavat popredu, realita ina, nedalo sa zaparkovat a vo dvore to mali platene, na nete ponukaju saunu 30 min zdarma, ale ked som prisla do hotela povedali mi, ze je obsadena a dnes uz volna nebude, ze som si ju mala objednat. Ale to malo byt napisane na netovych strankach. Sauna bol jediny dovod, preco som si tento hotel vybrala. Do ke chodim sluzobne dost casto, ale tento hotel uz neabsolvujem.

Viszonylag közel van az óvároshoz. A személyzet kedves és figyelmes. A négy csillagos minősítés túlértékelt, inkább 3+ csillag fejezi ki a valóságot. Megjegyzem a hotel csak az Interneten négy csillagos, a helyszínen kiírva mindenhol három csillag látható.
