Very clean modern hotel. The staff was very helpful getting us a taxi. providing drinking water when the shops were closed in the evening. Very good assortment of breakfast foods.

Get a map of the location before you arrive. There are no maps or anyone to give directions at the train station. It is a bit of a walk to the old city and the train station from the hotel.

Rooms very clean but quite small. Bathrooms clean and equipped sufficiently. Lobby nice and spacious. Many TV channels.

Staff at the front desk was highfly unprofessional. It took about 30 minutes to check-in, because there were only two ladies coping with single families and big groups - it was a huge mess. What's more, their english skills were poor as for 4 star hotel. Only two small elevators for whole hotel with strange movement ideas - when we were going up, we had to go down initially to take other people with luggage. Breakfast very poor, without any fruits or healthy products, only one waiter supplementing empty trays, after one hour there were more empty trays than those with food. The main entrance located in a small courtyard, but if somebody wanted to go to the city centre, he had to walk through rubbish dump corridor with a very disguisting odor. No ice machine in the hotel, refridgeratos and air-contitioners working quite bad (not cooling at all). Not-free parking spots. Overall, hotel and service standards not for this price, which is much to high.

The breakfast could vary a bit more, sausages and eggs everyday (the eggs were tasty, though).

I really liked the room, it was a good size very clean, and a great bathroom. The hotel location was good too an easy walk into the old town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Use the reception staff to book a hotel to pay about 1/3 of the price the local taxi guys will try and charge you.

The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The slow staff at breakfast, i.e. when a person had left they would clear the place but not re-lay a new setting and would also take a long time replenishing finished breakfast items, juice and food items. Also the coffee was dreadful.

Excellent helpful staff, clean hotel and rooms, very tasty breakfast with lots of well cooked and high quality food - buffet style. Good Chinese food restaurant right next door. No problems with the room reservation through Booking.com.

Rooms were stylish and a good size ("comfort double") but the beds were poor since they were moderate quality foam mattresses and made us sweat, resulting in not sleeping well We had to initially change rooms since our safe did not work but that was a minor kink. We were told it was a "quiet" room but the garbage men came by every night at 3:00 am and woike us up. The website showed two sitting chairs plus a desk chair but we only had one sitting chair.

The hotel was lovely and clean

I didn't like that it didn't have a shower,only a spray over the bath . Very dangerous getting out of bath ,too slippy . Also breakfast was very basic ,if you didn't get there early not much left.

A new nice hotel, not far away from city centre. Good solution with family room consisted of 2 double-bed rooms connected over the door. Very clean. Good a sufficient breakfast.

Modern, clean spacious rooms. Smartly uniformed helpful staff. Secure parking. Hotel design. Reasonably close to the centre, 20 minute stroll, quick tram ride or €5 taxi.

Difficult to find. Shabby, run-down surroundings.

The walk into the centre is rather grotty

Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a convenient location where you can take several trams and buses and can even walk to the old town.
