Reception staff very helpful and proferssional. Typical Soviet style hotel. Rooms desperately need refurbishment. Not to western standards. |

Good location... walking distance to the city centre, yet very quiet. Good free parking possibilities, easy to find. Breakfast was OK, even included fresh fruit. needs refurbishment. It's still in good old communist style. |

The hotel gives fair value for money the rooms are compfortable without being luxuriuos. I would return on another visit. Breakfst is not included in the room rate and is expensive and not value for money. Only reception staff spoke English German seemed to be the lingwa franca. One of the two lifts was out of order for our whole stay. |

The place was clean and the staff was very professional. I would stay there again when in the area. The bed was a bit hard and the pillow to small. Cover, like much of Europe, was one thick piece. Cold without it and hot with it over me! |

I did not expect the hotel to honour the price booking.com quoted versus their own prices, but they did! Their own prices were €53 per night but I got it at just €28 per night. WIFI access in the lobby and other public areas, internet access at very acceptable speeds and stability. Friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant and bar! Old communist hotel, not modernised much since then. I'd prefer WIFI access in hotel rooms and there were no power plugs available in the lobby or other public areas for my laptop. Not all staff were very good at english or german but they did their best to communicate though. |

Great location to explore the high Tatras, and (what is left of) the charming city centre of Poprad is easily reached within a short walk. Nice and clean, good breakfast. Not for the one into luxury, but if you fancy a cheap and comfort stay in Poprad this is the place. The best maintained (not renovated) of all "communist" hotels I have visited. Recommended! |

umístěn v centru měst v blízkosti všech důležitých míst - nádraží, pěší zóna, nákupy, vyhlídka na panorama Tater, snadno dosažitelný - nablízku dálnice i letiště zastaralé vybavení pokjů - opotřebované a proto menší pohodlí |

La proximité de la gare (5 minutes) qui permet d'atteindre avec un train moderne la belle station de Stary Smokovec magnifique station de montagne. Le prix bon marché chambre et couloir un peu communiste (pas le hall ou le restaurant) |
