Although the "suite" we hada booked was not availble when we arrived, the size of the double room we were put into (at a reduced rate) was excellent with enough space and chairs to sit and read or watch TV in comfort. The staff were very friendly and the location excellent. We would highly recommend it.

The room was exceptionally well furnished and attractive and - oh joy! - there was a proper bath. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging my trip to Spis castle and my onward journey to Poprad and Bratislava.

Kompaktný, čistý-úhľadný, príjemný personál, prijateľná cena, slabé osvetlenie najmä nočná lampa- nedá sa pri nej čítať, TV na nízkej . úrovni, výber kanálov zlý, kvalita tých 2 slovenských kanálov mizerná. Nábytok, najmä kresôá neodpovedá 4 hviezdičkovému hotelu.

Necitivě vybrané zařízení, umakartobé obklady v tak krásném objektu,okna apatrmánu pouze fdo atria, kde je umístěa restaurace.Označření hotelu čtřmi hvězdami je nadhodnocené.

Very nice building on the outside, but old fashion rooms, needs renovation! Plastic toilet seat, old bad with shower curtain, water hose of the shower head was broken, no warm water. Summary: way to much money for what the offer. Pictures on the web are not representative.

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, "barock" eingerichtet, modernes Bad. Es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant im Hotel, wo man sehr gut (landestypisch) und preiswert essen kann. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste an diesem Abend und wurden freundlich und schnell bedient, sogar auf halb Deutsch/halb Englisch. Die Frühstücksauswahl war "Basic", aber angesichts der Tatsache, dass das Hotel (mindestens) halb leer war, kein Problem. Frische Rühreier gab es problemlos auf Bitten hin.

Lokalizacja Bardzo niska jakość usług sprzątania, wyposażenie pokoi, śniadanie tylko do godziny 10 za 6 euro od osoby, parking bezpłatny, ale tylko od 17 do 9 dnia następnego, brak usługi room service

ホテル内にあるレストランはなかなかの味でおいしかったです。 部屋もゆとりがあって、かなり広くて快適でした。 たまたまなのか、夜は少々賑やかな音が聞こえてきました。

スタッフがお客を大事にする姿勢を持っていたことです。いわゆる気配り。チェコに住んでいますが、ここでは- これが大いに欠如しています。ステラは田舎にありながら、これが日本並みでした。接客業が顧客の心をとらえ- ずして何をとるのか？と思うことを何度となく経験しているので、ステラでいい思いをさせてもらいました。 水回りの温水の調節がややうまく効きませんでした。たぶん、団体が一緒で一斉にお湯を使ったからで、これは- 気にするレベルではありません。気分の良い旅でした。

市街地の中心にあり、ゆっくりと観光が出来ました。また、価格も非常にリーズナブルであり、部屋も２ルーム- 、清掃が行き届いており、すべて快適でした。
