the staff are great

The staff were incredibly helpful. I was very ill while I was there and the staff could not do enough for me. They provided translation with doctors, and even went to the shops and bought me special food. They gave us a reduction on the bill because I was unable to make full use of the facilities and they gave us a free Cryotherapy session. It went beyond their call of duty. The hotel is perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains, only 20 mins away by train (very easy to do) and yet right in the town to enjoy the convenience of bars and resaurants. The aquacentre is amazing, with loads of differnt pools, slides, steam rooms, etc. Massages are cheap. A perfect place to relax in style, but cheaply.

The meals were not good. It was a buffet style evening meal and breakfast. Choice and quality was not too good. Noise through the windows from the outdoor pool (music system) was a bit of a nuisance but the windows are double glazed, so muffle the noise somewhat,

Uniquement les équipements dont l'hotel est partenaire à savoir ceux de l'aquacity (spa, piscines.....), très performants

Chaleur insuportable dans les couloirs et les chambres ( un petit ventilateur pour la chambre), en plus les lits sont séparés, il n' y a pas de grands lits d'après la reception; et ceci n'est pas mentionné à la réservation, sinon cela faisait parti de mes critères de résérvation.
