Sheraton Bratislava Hotel  

Super comfortable hotel with excellent facilities, especially the pool/sauna etc., free to residents. The hotel is only a year old and the staff are very pleasant & helpful. The bed is super size and very comfortable. There is a coffee maker and kettle in the room - very useful, though there was no ordinary tea provided, so take your own! The bathroom was very well appointed with dressing gowns, slippers etc.

Breakfast at 25 euros seems extortionate so we bought some rolls and made our own coffee in room. Despite being close to the Danube there is a shopping centre between it and the river bank, so views are not good.

Opening hours of wellness should be prolonged (both in the morning and in the evening)

The guest helping staff (guy who took care of our car and helped us moving to another room) was really marvelous, eager to help and always in good mood, giving a kind smile. The receptionist was kind and helpful too.

Hotel like Sheraton should keep the same level everywhere. However, in our case it was not so. When we wanted to have a drink at the hotel bar we were unpleasantly surprised. First, as the only guests there at the time, we ordered two coctails and the bar tender disappeared somewhere. He was absent for about 20 minutes, and then came back carrying nothing, but saying that there is no Calvados (one of the coctails needed it). We changed one of the ordered coctails, waited for another 15 minutes, when he arrived with one of the drinks, announcing that the other drink (actually, plain Margarita) will be finished very soon, only after he trouves the recipe. That is something that should never happen in that kind of hotel.

Kind and helpful staff, delicious food, the hotel is new and comfortable.

Hotel was not as I expected to be a 5 stars hotel. Very small swimming pool and leasure zone, just 4 seats for such big hotel.

It was within walking distance of the historic centre of the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The facilities were excellent. It was close to shopping. Security was excellent. The hotel was everything we could wish for. Sincerely, Gail M. Beda

I am regularly going to the Sheraton Bratislava and keep loving it. Rooms, facilities, staff, price, food everything is great every time.

New hotel, big rooms, very clean and tidy with exceptionally helpful and polite staff, situated in the city center, excellent choice for the both tourists and business travelers.

Car park is expensive, but it is worth every penny!

I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. The bed was amazing, the best i've ever slept in. The staff were very helpful, the location is superb and it was well worth the fee. Lovely swimming pool, very clean, and the television even had my name on it to say welcome. Best hotel i've stayed in.

very nice hotel, nicest Sheraton i've ever stayed in, it is directly by the Danube and you have many restaurants with terraces where you can have something to eat /drink and watch the children playing in the yard in front of the river.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the staff very attentive and the amenities are plentiful, from robes and slippers to very comfortable beds. Excellent.

The only negative (if there has to be one) is that the food prices are extremely high. $19 euros for an omelette and nothing else is ridiculous.
