poloha apartmánu..jeho vybavení..zařízeni...sauna,vířivka,ochota majitele...dětský koutek... vytápění místností..nastavení nízké teploty a neumožnění regulace vytápění..

Komfortowe, bardzo czyte, przestronne apartementy z w pełni wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym. Centrum Starego Smokowca i najbliższe stoki narciarskie w zasięgu spaceru. Bardzo miła atmosfera i życzliwy gospodarz. Dodatkową atrakcją jest sauna i jacuzzi. Szczególnie plecam rodzinom.

Všetko bolo veľmi príjemné.Tiché a krásne prostredie, Nablízku bol tak ako zjazdovka a lyžiarsky vlek,aj turistické cesty, reštaurácie a pod.Odporúčam každému!

Labai geras viešbutis, poilsiavome keturiese - šeima. Erdvus jaukus butukas, vietos pakankamai, viskas naujai iruošta, labai grazus vaizdas iš balkono (gyvenom 4 aukšte), personalas malonus, iš kito viešbučio ateidavo draugai, tai niekas nieko nesakydavo. Nors užsisakant viešbutį apie džekuzę nieko nebuvo paminėta, mums buvo pasiūlytas vienas kartas nemokamai pasiburbuliuoti džekuzėje. taip pat irenginejama pirtis, tai dar po keliu mėnesiu bus visi privalumai... tikrai šis viešbutis vertas savo kainos. Šeip tikrai daugelyje viešbučių yra teke gyventi- tai šis tikrai fainas šeimyninis viešbutis. jei būtų skalbimo mašina, išvis būtų super.

Nový apartmánový dům, pěkně zařízený, dobrá lokalita recepce není 24h obsazena, ale to nevadí, po telefonu se někdo z personálu do 20 minut objeví

Jednoduchý způsob rezervace, ubytování, založený na vzájemné důvěře. Možnost umístění zavazadel a pobytu (převlečení, umytí)ráno v den nástupu a večer po opuštění apartmanu - důležité pro aktivní tatranské turisty s přepravou nočními rychlíky. Nevzpomínám si.

Pohodlie, kompenzacia cakania v dosledku nepritomnosti stalej recepcnej sluzby (dostali sme vacsi apartman za rovnaku cenu). Pristup majitela, vybavenie izby. Dom, kedze je tesne po ukonceni stavebnych prac v dosledku stihnutia sezony ma este nejake muchy, ale urcite budu odstranene.

למטיילים ען משפחות המלון מציע מספר יתרונות. דירות חדשות (אוגוסט 2012) ממוקמות 100 מטר מתחנת הרכבת המקומית. לא נמצאות במרכז העיירה התיירותית אבל השקט הוא יתרון. שירות ואדיבות מעל לכל! ורצון לעזור. עבור הילדים יש חדר משחקים קטן ונעים. חיבור אינטרנט מהיר ויציב. נקי ומטופח. אין מעלית! חסר קולט אדים לטיגונים, יש לפתוח חלון (בעייתי בגשם ורוח).

Výborné výchozí místo pro turistiku, blízkost železnice. Vybavenost apartmánu vyhovuje i dlouhodobějšímu pobytu. I bez existence stálé recepce nebyly žádné problémy s včasným předáním a zpětným převzetí apatrmánu.
