Some of the staff were helpful. The hotel closes the restaurant without notice to guests for evening functions. There were two closures during the four nights I stayed. Both functions played music at full volume, making sleeping a challenge. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the cbd. |

It is a vary beautiful hotel next to a small a nice river,a lot of green around.The staff was excellent,really helpful and polite!Everything was really clean,my boyfriend & me we would love to go there again. Everything was really nice.I suggest only to add in the fridge no sparkling water. |

New hotel in which everything was "modern" and up-to-date. It was a few miles away from our ultimate destination (the Tatras mountains). |

1. Friendly and attentive staff. 2.Peaceful location not too far from the centre. 3. Quality and variety of breakfast choices. 4. Quality of restaurant menu. 5. Decor and style. No, it suited me perfectly. Perhaps more available TV channels might appeal to some leisure visitors, and some instructions on how to use the equipment, unless I missed this ! This is a hotel currently equipped somewhat more for the leisure, rather than the business customer, purely because of its size. However, it is undergoing expansion and will widen its appeal accordingly. |

it was new looking and very clean. The rooms were bright and cheerful. The staff was friendly. The beds were a little hard. |

vennlig betjening rom og resepsjonpersonale de kan gjerne holde frokosten varm og kansje følge opp da der er tomt,dette var elendig service samt fredag og lørdagskvelder er der full fest med mye høy støy umulig og sove på 2,3 deler av hotellet de holder på til 5 om morgenen vistnok bare hver 2 helg. suite som vi hadde var bare en 2 roms leilighet sparsomt utstyrt |

Excellent accueil et situé à proximité de la magnifique vieille ville. Chambre très quelconque avec meubles assez bas de gamme et ce soir là, il y avait un mariage dans le restaurant de l'hôtel juste en dessous... |

Pulizia Non si è praticamente chiuso occhio perchè nell'hotel c'era una rumorosissima festa di matrimonio che è finita verso le 5 di mattina. Per questo "disagio" non ci è stato fatto nessun sconto |

Egész jó ár-érték arány. Viszonylag jó elhelyezkedés: közvetlenül Szepesszombat történelmi magja mellett. Egy viszonylag forgalmas és zajos főútra nézett a szoba. |

A fürdőszoba rendben és tiszta volt. Az ágyak mérete megfelelő. csendes hely Reggel nyolckor kezdték a fűnyírást. |

Perfektni pripojeni na internet, velmi prijemne prostredi - vybaveni pokoje, vynikajici restaurace. Bohuzel, z casovych duvodu jsem nemel cas zajit na snidani, ktera je pro me dulezita. Snad priste. Prosim, doporucte mi podobny hotel v Kosicich. Penzion Horse Inn neni srovnatelny. Diky predem. HK |
