Location The room was cozy and disproportionate (the bathroom was too big and uncomfortable. The glasses were of Pepsi brand). It was not possible to watch TV in bed because they were on the same wall. Breakfast was not very diversified. Employees did not dominate the English language. Various details to improve to actually be considered a 4 star Hotel. |

Central location. Poor selection at breakfast. No internet facility, despite advertised as such. There should be a free standing unit. |

Inner decoration of room was pleasant, location of the hotel in middle of the city is perfect, close to Old City. Breakfeast was modest, suitable for a two star hotel. In the room is only one electric wall socket for appliences. For business customers this is not sufficient. |

It was quiet and quite close to the city centre. The entrance hall and restaurant were better than the rooms although they were quite spacious I didn't like the kind of bed lining, It is prepared for cold weather but not for hot weather. |

Good location - simply enough from noise streets, but very closed downtown. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of my room was excellent. The breakfast was really weak. |

good breakfast,nice clean room, close to center Staff was friendly but couldn't provide much information about what to see, tours,etc. TV difficult to operate. |

La situación es buena, pues está muy cerca del Casco Antiguo. Las instalaciones son muy modernas y la suite en la que estuvimos era muy espaciosa. Desde la terraza había vistas sobre la ciudad. La apariencia externa no es muy atractiva |

Centralt, aircondition, stora fina hotellrum Frukosten var i enklaste laget, mer utbud önskas. Sängarna var av den hårda modellen. Vattnet stängdes av två dagar av vår fyradagasvistelse på hotellet, någon ersättning kunde man fått för detta |

Der Lage ist sehr Gut! Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich und housekeeping sehr gründlich! Verstehe nicht, dass man kein Klima in die Zimmer hat. Hygiene im Frühstücksbereich war sehr schlecht (Dreck und Schmutz). Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr mager (wenig Auswahl) und schlampig. |

Gutes Parkhaus im Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu einfach für das Hotel. Alles ist neu aber nur das Essen beim Frühstück ist noch zu aktualisieren. |

Čistota, novota. Měl jsem asi nejhorší pokoj v hotelu. Tmavý, malý, bez klimatizace a bez možnosti otevřít okno, na okně mříže (!). Na recepci vyžadujte vyšší patro a pokoj se standardním oknem. Vedení hotelu doporučuji udělat z pokoje, kde jsem přebýval, sklad. Tento pokoj dělá ostudu celému hotelu a mě zkazil pobyt. |

De ligging was zeer goed om het centrum te bezoeken we hadden geen openbaar vervoer nodig.Ook het hotel was ruim en mooie grote kamers en heel goed ontbijt buffet. De minpunten . Ik zou aanraden bij de boeking een kamer te reserveren niet langs de straatzijde er is veel te veel lawaai de ganse nacht van auto's die er veel te snel rijden. |

Das mir zuerst zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer (Altbau) entsprach in keinster Weise meinen Erwartungen. Für 90,-/Nacht eine absolute Frechheit (für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes NoGo). Hingegen das, leider erst nach Beanstandung, im Neubau zugeteite Zimmer seine 3 Sterne mit Recht verdient. |
