The area was good and the view was also good, plus reception was nice to, Yes few things the beds were poor and single when i booked double room, no hear dryier for the mrs, and so son so 4th, |

The hotel was reasonably clean and the staff spoke English. The shower was not very good and the atmosphere in the hotel in general was poor. |

The staff were very helpful, the location of the hotel, easy to get into Poprad. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. |

Clean and large rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Good location of the hotel. Only 10 min walk to city centre. Hotel building out of date. Big hotel build during communism period. Hotel rooms not equipped with internet. |

The lack of air conditioning or even a fan, the horrid decor, the dark corridors with sensor switches that turn off every few seconds and the noise of traffic and the building works. |

it was close to the train station too expensive for mid season, considering the hotel did not have many guests. They should introduce more competitive pricing system. It was quite old fashioned communist style hotel |

De receptie sprak goed engels, was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks dat de kamer niet heel mooi was, was er alles wat ik nodig had. Daarnaast is er vanuit het hotel op de hoogste verdiepingen een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. |

Echt een hotel uit de oude doos alles ruim opgezet met grote centrale hal - liftportaal (drie liften) - trappenhuizen etc. Ruime kamer met twee aparte bedden een voorportaal om je bagage te stallen en een ruime sanitaireruimte echter met een te kleine douchcabine (hou ik niet van). |
