we asked for a room with a mountain view and we got one, we also found a large comunal balcony by the lift with great views |

Clean and large rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Good location of the hotel. Only 10 min walk to city centre. Hotel building out of date. Big hotel build during communism period. Hotel rooms not equipped with internet. |

The lack of air conditioning or even a fan, the horrid decor, the dark corridors with sensor switches that turn off every few seconds and the noise of traffic and the building works. |

it was close to the train station too expensive for mid season, considering the hotel did not have many guests. They should introduce more competitive pricing system. It was quite old fashioned communist style hotel |

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse der Rezeptionistin. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis für Frühstück passt nicht. 6€ ist eindeutig zu teuer. |

gute englischkenntnisse und hilfe beider planung einer bahnreise in die hohe tatra,sehr freundlich und angenehm beim frühstücksservice wird kaum nachgesehen ob noch genug vorhanden ist,das nachfüllen von juice aus plastikkübel macht nicht den besten eindruck , hier sollte eine schulung abhilfe schaffen |
