The Chateau was excellent, however I think you should mention that a hire car is almost a necessity due to the location. Perhaps this could be included in the price. I feel a welcome pack would be good, there was no information in the room on how to use the TV etc, room service etc. |

The staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Ther could have been a minibar or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It was very hpt when we were there and a fan in the room wou;ld have been good. |

The reception staff (Jana). Where do I begin...The hotel is not finished (not mentioned on the Booking.com site). The decor is in a style that can only be described as pretentious and somewhat 'confused'. There is no one to help the guests with their luggage (a man, who was described by Jana as temporary help, unlocked the front door for us, stared a lot, but made no attempt to help us carry ~six pieces of luggage)! |

It's a pitty I stayed at The Chateau only for 1 night, but enjoyed it every second of it! The ambience was real castle like, made me feel like a princess, especially with warm, friendly and professional attitude of the owners! Looking forward to the opportunity of returning to The Chateau. |

Schöne Einrichtung, freundliches Personal schwer zu erreichbar, die Umgebung war nicht zu schön, Fotels und Couch gab es im zimmer, aber die konnte man nicht bewegen, Stuhl war aber nur ein. Schrank, für ein langzeitiges Besuch zu klein. |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
