De attendheid van het personeel, in relatie met het feit dat er redelijk goed door iedereen engels wordt gesproken. De grote van de kamers/appartementen. De rust door het kleinschalige karakter van dit hotel. Het ontbijt is goed in kwaliteit maar is voor de hotelstandaard wel heel basaal. Prijs/prestatie laat hier te wensen over als het niet is inbegrepen in de kamerprijs. |

Ik had een kamer voor mij alleen en voelde me erg veilig in dit hotel. De mensen waren allen zeer aardig en behulpzaam, van kamermeisje tot bell boy, receptiedames en barmedewerkers. Het was heel stil in het hotel, terwijl het vol geboekt was. Heerlijk en luxe. Het restaurant, heel goed. Een duur hotel als alleenreiziger omdat je dan voor 2 personen betaald, er zijn geen eenpersoonskamers, maar ***** zeker waard. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik alleen was maar ze hebben wel voor twee personen belasting berekend. |

Large & luxurious room with modern decor, breakfast with good variety, goot location, excellent staff... Absolutely everything! I definitely would like to stay again. I wish I could have some more time to enjoy the spa. |

Personnel very efficient and courtesy where their "must". The manager allowed us to have a very late check out just at our first request. I advise everyone to go and stay there. |

The staff allowed us to us the room until 8.30pm on th day of departure at no extra cost. This was most helpfull. |

The building is beautiful. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was one of the BEST rooms I have stayed in. The location was excellent. I was very impressed and the hotel is EXCELLENT value for money. |

really great and luxurious hotel, the suite was very spacious and comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful. We really recommend ths excellent hotel, one of the best we have seen in Europe. The location is great (300 m from the centre) |

This is a very new and stylish "boutique hotel" possibly designed for the more discerning clientelle. It has four apartment style suites on each floor and offers very comfortable and large rooms. Our rooms had 2 plasma screen TVs and we had the use of two bathrooms, one with wc and basin. Spotless and very well presented our room(s) were basically new and had possibly been used once or twice before. The location is excellent but bear in mind that the old town of Bratislava is very small. Gymn is free and well presented. jacuzzi and sauna come at an extra price. Breakfast was extra but is good value and in our opinion not overly priced. The quality of service and food were very good. The staff really go out of their way to be helpful and as it was my wife's birthday they even bought her a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift. This isn't your normal type hotel. If you're looking for loads of space, quiet and comfort then this hotel is for you. There was a mix-up with the payment. They actually debited me at first when we arrived, then cancelled this refunding the card. They obtained a pre-authorization which they then cancelled. Eventually they did debit me the correct price when we left and they duly refunded the amount which they took when we arrived. This was down to human error and they apologised and assured me that all was well, which was the case. |

Cannot rate this hotel highly enough in terms of:- location/cleanliness/beautiful rooms and most importantly the exceptional level of service offered by all staff. Our particular thanks to the 2 receptionists who are exceptionally professional and incredibly helpful and always greeted you with a smile. |
