Hotel U Leva  

Les equipements des chambres sont excellent avec cuisine et refrigerateur.

Lors de notre sejour nous avions demandé une chambre tranquille mais malheureusement nous avons été reveillé par les bruits d'un chantier a 6h30 du matin. Dommage qu'ils font une construction tout pres des fenetres des chambres. Une fois la construction terminée le vis a vis sera gaché et il y aura moins d'intimité dans les chambres. Lors de notre 2 eme nuit nous avons demandé une chambre devant l'hotel et heureusement que c'etait un dimanche et que nous n'avons pas eu de bruit de la ville trop tot car tout etait fermé.

Décoration soignée en harmonie avec le site. Super point de départ pour une quantité de ballades ou randos. Le personnel d'accueil jeune et dynamique.

Tranquilité, confort et bien situé

Location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. From our window we have a picture of medieval town market - item of the UNESCO Heritage List. The hotel restaurant served us a delicious breakfasts and dinner. The Personnel was not only top skilled but charming with their hospitality. We will surely return as 'U leva' is one of our top locations to live.

Big rooms, nice personal

Very good position in the main square, in front of Cathedral and Town- Hall. Rooms are good. Restaurent is average level. Breakfast is good.

Private parking is ugly, close to a buliding being restored (found 20- cm nails all around): had to park on the public parking in front of the Hotel.

Beautifully restored building. Spacious airy rooms.

A few finishing touches missing e.g. only voile curtains in our room, no shower curtain in bathroom and some claimed facilities not available e.g no internet in room, few tv channels available.

Located in a small medieval city, on a square this hotel is comfortable base to explore the mountains, castle and do some hiking.

The bed linens were not soft, felt more like towels....however this may not be an issue for some. Rooms clean and spacious.

This hotel is wonderfully situated in a well-preserved medieval town, beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially for families: there are apartments that can sleep 4 and more for the price of a single room elsewhere. We loved the third floor apartment for its quality construction, its views of the town square, its comfort, and its peacefulness. We loved the hotel for its simple beauty and lack of pretension. One could happily and cheaply spend a few weeks here. The staff was unfailingly pleasant, attentive, and helpful. We hope to return.

The breakfast is very good (except for the Tang-like "orange juice"), including basic cold foods as well as hot, and lovely coffees, but the dinner, while acceptable, was not well-prepared, tasty, or satisfying. Perhaps focusing on just a few well conceived and executed main dishes would improve things. There are many options for a good dinner at many local restaurants and hotels just steps from this one, and there is a kitchen in the apartments for self-catering.

We arrived late but the hotel staff waited for us. Parking was also easy. Room was really big, more than what we expected.

The appartment was very spacious, clean and confortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant of the Hotel was a true revelation, I would have never imagined that you could experience food of such a superiour quality in such a small town. Forget the other restaurants in the area, including the ones belonging to other Hotels, the restaurant of Hotel U Leva is by far the best one.
