The location. The hotel is pretty shabby for being the main hotel in the main square of the town. There were lots of spider nets on the ceiling and a very unpleasant smell of food (even if the restaurant was closed!) as soon as we entered the hotel till the second floor where our room was. There was no lower bed sheet, but only the protection to the mattress, no curtain on the tub so to prevent spilling water while showering and making a mess, no place where to put toiletries close to the basin. The breakfast was not included in the room price and there was not even a water kettle in the room. The satellite TV was not working because they don't pay the subscription. The guy at the reception looked like he was there by chance. The parking is in the street.

This is a nice hotel, located right on the little town's beautiful main square. Rooms were large, quiet and comfortable. Staff could have been friendlier and the room could have been cleaner (although neither were terrible). Breakfast wasn't too great -- cold scrambled eggs and undrinkable coffee. The restaurant was hardly ever open. We had the impression that the hotel was aiming for big-city four-star standards and not really reaching them, when doing a good job of being a provincial three-star would have been more appropriate. We also had the impression that they were cutting corners to save money -- it is a big hotel and was nowhere near full, even in the middle of August. For all that, we would probably stay here again if we went back to Levoča.

The room was very large for Europe. The value was very good. It is centrally located in the city square. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a good base to visit Spissky Hrad and the Tetras. Additional cost for breakfast of 6 Euros was a little expensive, but they did have a variety of choices including scrambled eggs and sausage. The free parking is actually on the square as the area behind the hotel is quiet small and fills up quickly.

Fantastic little hotel right at center of picturesque little (although, a bit deserted) medieval village. The family room is big and neatly equipped. Very good price and quality ratio. Breakfast is not included to room price and comes with extra payment. Still worth to order. Unfortunetally, they close the restaurants quite early in Levoce and if you arrive after 9 pm you might find yourself struggling to find a place to have dinner.

It is a well located hotel, with big rooms, free parking. The appartment nicely furnished. The staff is not educated, their English is really poor. Daily cleaning is only collecting of garbage. They never used vacuum cleaner, not even we asked for it.

Posizione centralissima, stanza grandissima. Il parcheggio non è privato dell'hotel come viene riportato nella descrizione, ma in strada. Nel letto manca il lenzuolo di sotto c'è solo il coprimaterasso in spugna.

все очень хорошо! не понравился интернет. точнее, его отсутствие. есть, якобы, проводной интернет. на деле это Ethernet по проводам 220v. дают бесплатно адаптер. но ни нам ни у соседям не удалось подключится. может быть завис маршрутизатор на стороне отеля...

отель супер! очень большой номер (брали апартаменты на 4-х человек). есть все необходимое. очень понравился персонал, и особенно хозяйка отеля - очаровательная женщина. были на новый год - романтическое место, вкусный ужин, отличные музыканты в ресторане при отеле. Месторасположение -самый центр, внутри старого города. Понравилось всё!!!

Citlivo a s vkusom navrhnute interiery. Slabe a zle umiestnene svietidla na nocnych stolikoch - neda sa pohodlne citat. Nemoznost regulovat teplotu v izbe, kupelni. .

Znakomita lokalizacja, duże, bardzo dobrze wyposażone pomieszczenia, obsługa spełniająca wszystkie zachcianki klienta, aż chciało się zostać na dłużej...

החדר גדול ומרווח אמבטיה ענקית. אנחנו קיבלנו ממש דירה, שני חדרים עם מטבח מאובזר פינת אוכל וסלון אולי מפני שבקשנו חדר הפונה לכנסיה. המיטה גדולה החדר נקי מאוד. לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר. המחיר לא כלל ארוחת בוקר (6 יורו לאדם) בעקבות המלצות באתר. נגשנו לחדר אוכל ובאמת הארוחה לא היתה שווה את המחיר.

Уютный отель в самом центре маленького городка Левоча. Просторные номера с современным ремонтом. Удобное место для осмотра Спишского града. Плохо закрывалась дверь в санузел, приходилось постоянно ею хлопать.

Accueil du personnel serviable. Grande chambre familiale. Hôtel bien tenu et propre. Bien situé dans Levoca sur la place centrale. Pas de piscine, pas de clim (il peut faire chaud, dommage). Hôtel un peu vide (mais ça peut plaire).

Accueil triste mais gentil ! Chambre immense, très vieillotte (c'est un style), manque de luminosité. Chance.. nous avions la vue sur l'Eglise Saint-Jacques. Lits confortables. Pas de baignoire d'angle comme c'est écrit sur le routard. J'en conclu que nous avions reçu une chambre standard, une chambre booking.com (sont-elles si différentes ?) Bon choix de chaines, notamment trois chaines françaises....Bon reportage sur la mafia russe. Restaurant désert, nous n'avons pas osé.

Очень хоршоший отель.Расположен на центральной площади города. Бронировал семейный номер - оказались огромные трехкомнатные аппартаменты со своей миникухней. При случаее остановлюсь ещё...

A szállás a város főterén, a lehető legjobb helyen van. A szoba igen tágas, berendezése elegáns. A fürdőszoba szintén minden igényt kielégít. Jó ötlet a kapcsolódó kis konyha is. A szállodát bátran ajánlom másoknak is- Az épület mögötti parkoló jelenleg építési terület, de ez nyilván nem a szálloda hibája, előbb-utóbb megszépül majd biztosan ez a rész is.
